I'm from Spain. I was moved by this video, seeing our beloved Laura Pausini here in Spain. And Il Volo as well, that I could see them in a concert in my country. I love your channel Antonio. Gracias por ser como eres. Nunca cambies.
I'm impressed by your accent. You sound really good! You should totally make a video about how you got to have the accent you have now. Way to go, Antonio!
I'm Italian but have lived in the US for 30 years and I just found your videos. I have never heard you speaking Italian, but your English (American-accented) is excellent. Would you please share your story and how you mastered English? (My nephews who are learning English need this advice.) I really enjoy your videos. Bravo, Antonio.
Well, I'd say that I've found all of them really good. In particular, Damiano David and Elisa sounded simply perfect. Damiano has improved his English impressively over the last few months. About Elisa, listening to her fantastic English hasn't come as a surprise to me because she has always loved English language much. Indeed, when she started her musical career many years ago, her albums were all in English. Great video Antonio! Love it🎼😎
I am in absolute AWE of how well you speak English (and other languages). I know these people made mistakes, but their English is awesome compared to my Italian. I used to be close to fluent but it's true if you don't use it, you lose it. I can get by and make myself understood (sort of) but you would laugh. :) I'm trying to relearn it, but yikes all of those tenses! I need to go to Italy and live there for a year. Or forever.
I'm living in Italy and I'm Syrian but really it's hard for them to speak like American because it's the second language for them and the Italian language it's a musical language and containe a lot of vowels letters so I appreciate their efforts to speak English 🇸🇾😍🇮🇹 and by the way they are the most kindest people in the world
A super thanks for you antonio! You are always fantastic! Keep creating videos for all of us please! We do enjoy a lot most of them! Thank you very much indeed!
You are so respectful and pretty sure all of us your followers know that . l like the comparison of people pronouncing English language and the best pronunciation with american accent to speak it, something that still I'm working on it...😊
Hi Antonio, I'm an English teacher from Asunción Paraguay. I use your videos to come up with ideas and details to my classes. I admire you because you speak many languages. So far, I just speak Spanish and English but I'm planning to get into German, let see! Hugs!
Marvellous video of yours! I really appreciate such reactions!!! Your accent is simply amazing...At first, I wondered if you were a native speaker...You sound like an American guy!!!! What about turning into British English??? I admit preferring BE to AE, and it'd be interesting to listen to you...speaking like the Queen!!!! As to the singers you reacted to, Elisa, whose music I fell in love with when she realised her first hit, has reached a higher level than the other stars you mentioned. Laura's interview dates back to some time ago, I suppose...Maybe, today her English...is more..."English"....Thanks a lot for paying attention to my words...
Hello from Japan! I’m glad I found you in UA-cam ✨ Your English sounds the clearest ever to me! Wish I could take your English class 🥺 Thank you for your amazing contents🤗
Antonio, sei grande davvero. Comunque sia, You are just GREAT! Love watching your videos and love listening to you explanations. With all my admiration.....From Belgium with gratitude.. Angela
slight correction if I may, it would be "in the near future" instead :) good luck to both of you in your language learning goals! (I can't respond to multiple people, but I meant to reply to JJ and Sethcoolanant)
I'd suggest you, once a month, a section dedicated to Italian living actors (even of/from the past--Loren, Lollobrigida, Adolfo Celi, Rossano Brazzi), singers and last but not least 😉 Politicians 🤩 speaking English in movies/music-videos and/or interviews. Would be awesome, hilarious, and very useful, of course 👌
😂Thank you Antonio.
I love YOUR channel Antonio i found it by shorts and now i'm learning more with u thank You i'm from Guatemala i speak Español y bueno soy latino hahaha bye.
Your English is just too good. I speak Italian but with lots of mistakes always. Your accent, I want to know how you achieved it without living in the US!!
To tell you the truth I do not like much those singers but I love Antonio's videos He is fantastic I would say my English level is pretty advanced but I learn so much I improve so much and I discover so many details about the language through him that I am really happy to watch his material every day!
I grew up listening to Laura Pausini (I love her so much, one of my favorite singers in the world) and Eros Ramazotti. I love Andrea Bocelli and Tiziano Ferro songs too. By the way, Andrea Bocelli reacorded “Vivo Por Ella” with my favorite Brazilian singer: Sandy. The Brazilian duo Sandy & Junior recorded two songs by Laura Pausini in Portuguese: Inesquecicel (incancellabile) and Não Ter (Non ce). ❤️
Antonio well done with this idea to make this vlog like that. I really enjoyed it and I would like to see more. ❤ This English is very confusing , seriously 😅
Yeah, Laura Pausini is a polyglot, but it’s obvious she doesn’t feel as comfortable with English as she does with Spanish because she doesn’t use it as often as Spanish. She’s one of my favorite singers since I was a teenager.
You are superAntonio I really love your voice and your profile ❤️💕❤️💕❤️💕❤️💕🙏😇thanks to teaching us in English ( American accent) I love to listening your voice every day
I would add to the his sentence at the minute 10:38 "... Key to keeping our feet on the ground..." And I dare to say this because I've always come across a gerund after "key to". Correct me if I'm mistaken pls. Let me tell before I go that I LOVE U SO MUCH.
When I heard Elisa's first song in 1996, I thought she were American. And I read on papers that she lived in America, studied and wrote her song in English (PS: Antonio correggimi soprattutto il passato, ho molti problemi con il rapporto fra i tempi e i modi verbali 😅)
You know, when Elisa's first single came out in Italy ( I'm Italian and I am not that old come on😅), a lot of people thought she was English native speaker....I remember on the radio sometimes they would say her name using the English pronunciation...and the funny thing is that she had such a lovely accent from Trieste 😁
I've found this video useful and I think it's also a good oportunity to know Italian artists ❤️ I would like to listen to More Italian bands (that sing in their own language). Can you recommend me some? P.D: I love the way you teach, always so sweet and funny c:
I'd suggest you to give "Fast Animal and Slow Kids" a listen for some fresh alternative rock music. You should start from Animali Notturni, Demoni, Canzoni Tristi ☝️🤩 Then "Fulminacci" or "Eugenio in Via Di Gioia" for pop/indie music
psicologi, levante, annalisa, irama, pinguini tattici nucleari, etc. I listen to a lot of current artists, they're so good :) (right now I can't stop listening to "sui muri" and "spensieratezza" by psicologi lol)
883 and Max Pezzali 😍 love songs, as well as Eros Ramazzotti, Gianluca Grignani, Biagio Antonacci, sweet and slow. I also appreciate Marco Mengoni voice. Rock genre: Vasco Rossi, Ligabue, Litfiba Classics that could never die😍😍 Lucio Battisti, Fabrizio de André (amazing❤️) and Lucio Dalla 😍 Enjoy❤️👋👋
In the minute of 4:53....... In that that case it's correct to say I fell in love. However the verb to *feel* is conjugated *felt* in the past tense and past participle of feel. Right? I loved it Antonio. It was amazing as always. BTW, how *gorgeous* you are!!!
Laura speaks amazing Portuguese as well. She is huge in Brazil. We love her.
Our singers speak English better than our politicians 🤣
I'm from Spain. I was moved by this video, seeing our beloved Laura Pausini here in Spain. And Il Volo as well, that I could see them in a concert in my country. I love your channel Antonio. Gracias por ser como eres. Nunca cambies.
