@@RadiantYT2K Accents and dialects differ on the basis of the geographical area someone learnt to speak a language in. Plus, they learnt English in their adult life, which is very difficult to do. Learn how to be appreciative of people's achievements.

One of the worst things about the first day of school was that everybody came back from summer wearing new T-shirts that said DISNEY WORLD or SEA WORLD or JAMESTOWN: Home of Pocahontas. Judy searched her top drawer and her bottom drawer and even her underwear drawer. She could not find one shirt with words.
She wore her tiger-striped pajama pants on the bottom and a plain old no-words T-shirt on top.
"She's wearing pajamas!" said her brother, Stink, when she came downstairs. "You can't wear pajamas to school!"

The last woman has to be named Vanessa, she was such a surprise after all of those cute little mistakes! 😊 But it's so fun to hear how italians pronounce certain words for me as a foreigner. It just makes me more aware of your accent and helps me to understand you even more 😃

I didn’t realise until recently that the word ‘thorough’ is pronounced differently in British and American English. I’m British so I say ‘thurrah’, but I recently noticed Americans say ‘thurrow’.

I honestly love their pronunciation versus the actual pronunciation. I personally like them saying Manhattan.
I'm kind of surprised about Manhattan, I live in a Spanish native country and anyone I know even without any English background known how to pronounced that city name from hearing movies or tv shows alone. Hearing it pronounced "manatan" is kind of weir 😄
in Italy the H is never pronounced, in fact "che" would be pronounced as Ke. or any kind of word like that, the H is never pronounced ... like "perché" in words is pronounced perké
everything os dubbed in italy, no subtitles. so when you watch movies and tv shows they use the italian pronounciation.

@@ottoneiii4353In Spanish speaking countries there is dubbing too. It's just that they pronounce Manhattan closer to the English way. Furthermore, it's not true that in Italy you can't listen the original audio in movies and subtitles aren't available. With satellite TV and streaming platforms you have several options.

There's poem called The Chaos by G Nolst Trenite, it's considered to be the hardest poem in English to pronounce, its used by some as a test to see how good their English skills are. You could try and read that out loud. Even native speakers have trouble with it.
