Alberich’s words in a nutshell: Alberich shows a screenshot of the Divine Knight Tierlist. God-tier: Ishmelga A: El-Prado, Argreion B: Testa-Rossa Trash-tier: Zector, Ordine Worse-than-trash-tier: Valimar One Rivalry later, El-Prado with Argreion’s power and the Fortress got trounced by the “weakest” Knight. Rean: Screw tier-lists, I have Class VII.
Alberich: "Rean, you can't win, the Auric and Argent knights are too strong!" Rean: "Auric and Argent might be strong, but nothing is stronger than family"
The main overarching theme of Trails (and of practically every JRPG ever) is that "Bonds of people is the true power". Every Divine Knight has a special skill. Testa-Rossa has its 1000 weapons, Argreion has its wings, Ordine has its super-mode, and Valimar has the power to turn the bonds of its Awakener into its strength. That's how Rean was able to use all those special unique contractor skills. And as you can see, it is the most game-breaking skill of all. Dreichels knew it, we, the players experienced it. How could friendless wretches like Alberich and Ishmelga ever comprehend its true potential?
@@mystery8820 argreion's wings actually gave it enhanced speed as noted in gameplay by gaining a spd buff and extra turns. Auric i think has those magic attacks or are they rufus' own?
I'm assuming that the reason for Franz/Alberich's identity crisis at the end was because his personality was freed, however he was still under the Gnomes' influence (Since it's mentioned that he was taken over by the chief of the gnomes) Basically, his real personality trying to break free
I think Juna should've been one of the attacking members for the Rufus fight. I know she had her time in the Campanella and Mariabell fight, but honestly, her fighting Rufus makes just as much sense as Jusis, because he's the governor general of Crossbell, imprisoned her idols in Mishelam, and only became governor general to find El Prado and become the Auric Awakener.
Facing Rufus and Alberich was easy to me.The worst came in divine Knight battle, I only win because of having the extra divine kinght. He made me use all the revive stones that I had.
That had to be the most inefficient fight I’ve ever seen. You spent way too much time buffing and not enough time damaging. Musse is too good a caster to be supporting and using weak water arts. You could have used Jusis Platinum shield more. Took way too long to kill Alberic. This whole fight is just cringe. This fight could have easily have been won in 15 minutes instead of 30.
Can they shut up? Class 7 and their cringe friendship speeches! This is a war. Just dish out Justice to these scum! So freaking annoying! Also they jumped this dude and they are talking like they won fair and square.
Yeah, that's one flaw I have with JRPGs like Persona and Trails. Glad games like Mass Effect and Dragon Age is more "show, don't tell" in regards to bonds and comradery.
Yes this is disgusting, why they bring a lot of people from dead lol, and class VII never killed anyone in battle. But what to expect from anime-like JRPG, this is for kid (but with harem mode).
I couldn't stop laughing when Jusis punched Rufus in the face, he had it coming for 4 games
Do you know of Hajimari no Kiseki?

what an insane goal from rufus
Are Rufus and Kamoshida the same voice actor?
And Juna and Ann too?
Yes for both cases.
Btw. D.C. Douglas (Rufus VA) is also Valimars voice actor.

The fact, Japanese VAs of Rufus and Olivert came from JOJO's Bizarre Adventure
And Jusis' English VA voiced Young Joseph Joestar, too
