I love Sicily, and these properties are awesome and such fabulous value. I have few favourite places on the island but my most favourite is the north west coast, west of Palermo. Definitely understand the heat issues. I can say my Italian (her maiden name was Porto) m-in-law when she was alive, for as long as I can remember she would say she slept naked with the windows open in winter b/c she was so hot. She didn't quite make it to 90! She was quite the pistol for sure. Even in old age she wore shorts, probably b/c she was so athletic much of her life as well as tall. So yeah I too, thought about Sadinia area, but doubt me and the heat would get along. I'd much rather be cooler than not. Great finds this week as usual!!!

You can bundle up if you’re too cold but not much you can do to cool down… cold showers, jump in the pool, and sleep naked 😅 Thanks for joining us!!😘

Agreed I lived and worked in Cairo Egypt when I was in the Navy and I remember doing heavy construction in 130° whether for over 1 week it was horrible! I haven't liked the heat since.😊

That first house blows me away too - I was sold when I saw the 2 wine fridges in that gorgeous living room! 😁😂 the multiple HHT’s with those views is undeniable to me. Nice work on 2 out of 3……I knew that there were 20 regions but I did not know there were 2 autonomous regions, I thought it was just Vatican City. We are having so much fun exploring the different areas of Italy and becoming experts on all things Italy. @@wanderingwithwine I don't live by the lake no lake effect. It's pretty mild on the NY PA border. I intentionally picked a no lake effect area. This is the last winter I will spend here, actually it's only the 2nd. I am usually in Italy or somewhere. Next winter will will be Portugal and Italy. You guys stay warm
