220,000 euro's! It is overpriced. Very lovely though.
At 220K Euros it is WAY overpriced! Must've been a short-term rental property. Pretty place, but no storage in bedroom, bathroom or kitchen and no counterspace in the kitchen, no real living area and you have to shower downstairs instead of in the bedroom. It would need LOTS of work to make it a true home. Now, if you keep it as a short term rental and build other little "rooms" around that pergola area, you could have a very nice B&B.
From the outside, it looks like my first Minecraft house
Very cute, but if it were mine, I think I'd reverse the floors. Have the kitchen and livingroom upstairs next to the front door and bedroom down next to the bathroom. ❤
I think they put the kitchen downstairs to make use of the outdoor space and the views on the back of the house, but of course you could swap
Great for young or middle aged people. Elderly not so much. With over 7 acres, a solid built home, a wonderful outdoor area, incredible views, this is worth every euro it’s listed for.
I like the basic structure, but I'd change it out.
I'd make the downstairs into the bedroom and make that small kitchen into a closet and laundry area.
Upstairs, I'd put a small kitchen and living dining area.
I don't really like the metal treads on the stairs. Maybe replace the treads with wood or stone.
I would not do anything with that pergola.

I would love to have it as my home, but I could also see it turned into a cafe with outdoor dining. Of course, I wouldn't know if there would be enough people to support it, but I could imagine dining out in the pergola in the evening. As far as a home, it looks like heaven to me.

The term half bath is used in the U.S. and delineates a bathroom without a shower or bathtub. Sometimes it’s called a powder room. Clearly, different countries have different terms. We should cherish the differences. In Canada it’s common to call a bathroom a washroom. This home is nicely done. But many people looking for a holiday home would find the yard work difficult to maintain and would need another bedroom. It is for that reason, it seems overpriced.
This place is too stinking cute! The house itself is adorable. Wondering if it would be feasible to move bedroom to bottom floor, kitchen/lounge to first floor? The pergola is perfect, especially with an outdoor kitchen, living, dining area. With so much land, a future project to consider might be a small guest house with two bedrooms, two ensuite baths.

That outdoor pergola would be such a killer place for a party! The view simply can’t be beaten. I would partially cover that pergola area. It would be super to host charity events.
And you have neighbors just across the valley! Killer. I wouldn’t change anything about the tower. The bedroom is perfect, the downstairs invite you out to the patio. Many Italian homes have outdoor eating areas and the views here would be simply stunning. I wonder how the wind is at that elevation and atop the hill.
The patio off the back of the home could be made into a romantic outdoor eating area easily.

Super charming but as usual I have a suggestion. Bedroom goes downstairs, kitchen upstairs. Now you have workable floorplan that makes sense. The percola in the front great for alfresco dining, BBQ etc. The price is on the high-end but one pays for quality. Thank you for another lovely location.

Beautiful home and area. But at 200,000 Euros to much money when the world is broke. Even the millionaires have to watch what they spend.
My Grandparents were from Sicily. They had a Farm but relatives confiscated it when they relocated to the United States in the early 20th Century. They never paid them for the Farm.
I have roots in this area. My Grandmother loved to cook. Ravioli was her specialty and Bread Pizza. Wouldn't mind living in Italy.

Perfect for a single guy like me!
Really like this place. One can always add a room or building if they choose to, it’s the land and location you cannot change as easily. Having lived full time in a 375 sq ft RV for years, this is a nice size. Agree the bedroom makes more sense downstairs but also understand the back patio for an eating area and closer to kitchen. Some work to do but yeah I am sold. Price point is a question that needs to be answered.

I love the uniqueness, style, location, the huge amount of land and views, but I didn't like the bedroom being totally open, and no lounge. It's also just a one-bedroom dwelling. If I had the budget I would do exactly as the guy suggested, and build another house in that open structure.

The little features look like gun ports. The price is the garden and the dwelling, fantastic garden. I can imagine my furnishings in that space. Just fantastic.
Could you imagine this space as an intimate and romantic bistro/restaurant? Rearrange it for commercial kitchen and voila with small indoor and outdoor space for intimate guests. Also, all the vineyards and garden for only fresh produce for the foods on the menu. It would be wonderful if a private chef would want to purchase this as we have some here at home and they have very small intimate bistro settings. Lovely!!

Beautiful house and property, i dont think I'd change a thing, except move my stuff in. So is 220,000 approximately 235,000 us$? The weather looks like its pretty good all year, December, January, and February , look like the coldest months. My fathers side of the family is from Italy. I could see myself sipping an expesso or nice glass of wine, picking my guitar on that rooftop terrace😊

I’d make a beautiful bedroom on the top floor taking down two walls on the stair room on the rooftop moving those walls all the way to the edge loosing more then half of the rooftop but gaining a stunning bedroom with large windows on that one side looking over the land but still having just less then half of the rooftop to walk out the bedroom to have a coffee each morning. ❤

the price is more then ok i expected double that because of that beautiful old tower and the really private location and posibilities in terms of building
I think priced high, based on the very limited kitchen area and almost no storage inside. i.e. clothes closet is very small, I see little internal storage for cleaning items, and the kitchen seems to have very few places to store food (and did I miss it - no Freezer?). So potentially fine for someone that wants to use it as a weekend "get-away" place, but too small for a permanent home I think. Of course, lots of land but also looks like a lot if it is on steep slopes, so hard to build unless you convert the existing outdoor space. Lovely place - views to "die for", and close to the coast, but I was very surprised at that price - I was expecting lower.
Is very expensive for the size of the house, well I know it’s the land but the land looks wild not organized. Probably someone who wants to build something bigger and sale. The house is very cute and cozy ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

The price is way too high however, with the land and also that it's good to go on the inside of the house, it might be the right fit as a B&B for someone to rent.
Lovely place but would need changes in the internal infrastructure (i.e., water and gas lines) to renovate kitchen to main floor. Doable, but €€€$$$. Amazing character and charm ❤

I’ve just bought 5 house with €265000. But I’d pay 100 110 for the views, land and feel of it. I’d change a few things reverse the levels new kitchen and bathroom and live there

The layout is too strange and doesnt make sense. You walk into the front door into a bedroom. It would flow much better if living room and kitchen were rooms you enter from front door. And put bed room w full bath on lower level. 😢 a 1bed room home ?! 😢

Way too small for the price. It would have to include 20 acres of land to make it worth the money. The kitchen is a sink and stove, no fridge. Views are great, but that’s about it.
