@squirreleater1 Thank you so much! I’m really glad you’re enjoying the videos. It means a lot to hear that you like the properties and the vibe. Appreciate the support! ❤️
These places were never meant for permanent residence. Most of them have energy score G. That's OK during summer, but not all year round. I checked a few real estate sites and found interesting renovated appartments in Omegna for less than 200K, but then found out that they are in a flood zone. The city of Omegna has been inundated in 2014. Buyer beware ! For a fully renovated place overlooking the lake you still need 600K+, and that's quite expensive for a second home.
@@gedofgont1006 OK, I have to give the uploader credit for his research. Yes, there are some genuine bargains available in every part of Italy. But just like everywhere you have to do your research and get legal advice. It's better to spend 5K on legal advice and another 2K on a structural engineer than to buy a property which has issues. Remember most properties around the lake are second homes, usually built on a budget in the 60's or 70's, where Italians from Turin or Milan spend the weekend. Flood zones and earthquake zones can be checked online. In Italy every village has an earthquake risk rating between 1 and 4.
Suggestion: ** Please Turn Up the Volume. An Ad came on after this video, and it blasted because I needed to turn up my volume to the maximum. Could barely hear you
@MyersJ2Original Glad you liked the place! Sorry about the sound though - I’ll check what went wrong and fix it for the next one. Thanks for letting me know. I hope your eardrums are ok!😅
Really enjoy your videos. Great properties and a lovely, relaxed presentation.

Thanks so much! Glad you liked it.
Amazing units
@choco.es.unlimited Thank you ❤️
What are the plumbing and basements like, especially in the house on the edge of the lake?
on the latest house the road infront sucks a little bit, i guess
@Mike111174 Agree, the road might not be perfect, but it’s convenient enough to get around easily.

What quality of insulation does it have
The volume of your video is too low. Please redub it so what's being said can be heard.
