Yeah what are your beliefs and experiences with fasting?
1. Manage diet (5 meals a day, 3 out of the 20 meals can be 🧋🍪🍩🍿🍫🍣🍚🍱🍘🥟🍛🍤🍲🥘🍜🥗anything)
2. Physical activity (preferably 5 times a week)
3. Drink more water
4. Eat healthy snacks
5. Get enough sleep
The moment a trainer tells you it's as simple as calories in vs calories out, and doesn't bullshit you with overcomplicated things, you know you've come to the right place. You've earned a sub for life my friend ;)

Not when you get older. He must train a lot of younger people. Once you get near menopause, if you are a woman, it does matter what type of food you eat.

Fructose calories that get metabolised by the liver arnt the same as protein or starch calories.
I love the concept that 17/20 meals in a 4 day cycle are to follow your meal plan, but there’s flexibility in the other 3. LIFE HAPPENS!!! Family celebrations, special dining opportunities, travel, or a crazy craving are realities of life. I love that this healthy meal plan allows you to participate in “life” guilt-free. THIS makes it much more attainable than any food advice I’ve ever heard. Thank you for keeping it real for us real people!!!!!!

its the 80/20 rule! and its great because it means you can eat a cheat meal almost everyday if youre eating 5 meals a day

I love your advice about breaking meals into 4 day segments or 20 meals and eating on point for 17 of them. That's such practical advice that should make eating clean much more attainable.

Love the content, most people are definitely not aware of these basics. Personally I find maintaining the weight quite easy once having rules like this, the challenge is often a more drastic fat loss or muscle gain (and both at the same time). Looking forward to your upcoming videos! ☀️

I’d love to see a video on more of an explanation on macros and how to eat in good balance, including an explanation of simple versus complex carbs and when is best to have one versus the other. Also pros and cons of eating before/after workouts and how to plan meals around workouts (what is best to eat before/after) would be SUPER helpful. I've never been a "workout" person so it was a great feeling when last January (2020) I was finally (at 39yrs old) hitting the gym three times a week. I was feeling great. Then the craziness happened and I lost all motivation and gained a bunch of weight in 2020. I haven't been moving at all this winter and feeling pretty down but trying to come up with a plan. I've been looking at everything from endomorph diets and carb confusion and intermittent fasting and literally in the 6 mins of your video I feel inspired and less overwhelmed. A big thank you. 💜
