i just walked out, manager not paying attention to the actual board and we had stacks of red tickets meaning orders that been waiting 7+ mins . i finally get put on break, i clocked out . make sure you work at a proper shack or you will be overworked!
I got offered a job on the strip for shake shaq for 20 an hour I was making 18 at a hot ass warehouse flip burgers and make shakes or lift heavy shit all day for less money👌
I started working at shake shack a day ago and I thought the starting was 17.75 but the manager said it’s 15.75 like really. I won’t be there long. Also the grill is easy but omg my whole arm was on fire
Informative video but as a former Shake Shack employee myself, isn't front of house the dining area where the team member takes care of the dining area, making sure everything including the bathrooms are clean and the guests are having a good time?
Thanks for your comment! So the stations & their duties can definitely vary based on the shake shack that you work at. The one I worked at was one that had just been built & opened, so all of the stations hadn’t fully been filled yet. Since there was a lack of staff…naturally, the managers combined duties for multiple stations. Hope this answers your question & thank you for clarifying about that :)
Girl I literally love you😭 I have my interview in a few minutes and the first/second parts of these videos were lifesaving
Glad I could help :) you will do great!
