Good recipe well executed. One suggestion that I like is to freeze the steak for 20-30 minutes before you slice it. It makes it oh so much easier to slice nice and thin. For me I feel the thinner the better and the more tender it will be as a final product.

16:33 How long did you let it simmer after putting the meat back in.? Looks good and i want to try. But it would be my first time so I don't want to waste groceries by cooking the steak too long. Or did I miss that part?
