Michael, and Jessica's acting is the best I've ever seen. They both should have won Oscars for they're rolls. This movie is the best. I hope professor grayeyes continues to make great films. And Jessica Chastain is marvelous.
I just finished the movie again, and I'm literally sobbing again. This movie is heartbreaking. Micheal, and Jessica, and the whole cast the acting superb. Wondering if they let Micheal keep the painting of himself such a wonderful likenesses.👏👏👏👏

Beautiful portrait of a love story that occurred in the twilight of Sitting Bull's life, when he thought that everything it was over, like Catherine.
In a way I feel their love as an apprenticeship. She went to portray the big chief but she found the same world that she knew but completely transformed through Sitting Bull's eyes, while he found a person who did not know his life or his real story willing to listen.
So they were inseparable almost in the last days.
Sitting Bull historically fell in love with Catherine and asked her to marry him, since he was lost in her, in a love that could not be due to the cultural, political and social differences of that time. Catherine treated Sitting Bull with integrity and respect, listened to him, and he showed her a harsh, sad, ruthless reality, but also the beauty of love and understanding of others.
You're right! I'm from a different culture but i was blown away after i had watched this amazing movie! To my mind it's like the Puritan love story'cause the love between them was only in their minds. They would have had more but he knew about his death'cause SB had a vision.

Не понимала, почему не хотят воплотить эти романы в фильмах. Дети Праха, Пленённые женщины, украденные сердца - два фильма на эту тему. Но они засмотрены до дыр уже🤭

This movie breaks my heart in ways nobody can know,I was in love with a res boy.We were treated like that even though I'm a half bread ,wich is worse !! Oh!the fun we had with our friends in the Columbia River in Oregon .He passed away and took my heart,damn reservations do nothing but ruin kids ,and they all had drinking problems .This movie barely touched in how starved and abused they truely were.

@@TheLilikachan Посмотрела… Это лучший фильм по данной тематике в плане души. Её там было невероятно много, и никакие обвинения в historical inaccuracy не могут испортить мне впечатления. Кажется, спустя десяток лет я, наконец, получила то, чего подспудно жаждало сердце - все индейские фильмы из детства были красочными, в них было много движа, как скажем, но вот того не доставало, что есть в этой картине… Раскрыта, так ненавязчиво, вся философия прекрасного народа. Просто слов связных нет. Линия Кэролайн и Быка вызывает звуки восхищения, слёзы шипперства и умиротворение, как ни странно. Спасибо Вам ещё раз да уже вторую рекомендацию, которую Вы невольно мне дали - и здесь снова в самую точечку.
