I loved this. I find your workouts a whole lot better than the girly workouts on you tube, yes the exercises are the same but I seem to work harder with yours, can I ask if you would consider doing a hamstring only workout Thanx x

Seen this at 2 a.m. and decided to give it a try. Just say... I paid for it that evening. Great workout! 👌🏾

With one 15kg dumbbell I do 20 x squats , 20 x lunges per leg then squats again 5 x a day 4 days a week , I hope to see results before too long
