    With one 15kg dumbbell I do 20 x squats , 20 x lunges per leg then squats again 5 x a day 4 days a week , I hope to see results before too long

      - 10x2 lateral raises
      - 10x2 clean and press
      - 10x2 wide rows
      - 10x2 dumbbell raise
      - 10x2 overhead raise
