    front lunges, 10 (each side)
    front squats, 15
    deadlift, 2, deadlift jump,1, 2x (6 in total)
    skiier swings, 15
    stiff legged deadlift, 15
    jumping deadlift, 6
    single leg hip thrust, 8 on each side (both legs)
    rear lunges, 8 ( on each leg)

    Been using this for about 2 years. I do the body weight legs only that you put up as a warm up, then a round of this. Love it. Fast and wrecks you if using the right weight 👍🏻👍🏻

    My son & I started to do this workout today. 4 rounds. We added 2 more exercises; calves (using books) and squat hold to finish.... Awesome

    Talk about an aerobic leg workout! Was dripping after 2 rounds. Did 3. I used 25 pounders. My wife used 5s and next time 10s. Building up.

    So i did this workout yesterday. Three rounds with 9 kg dumbbells. 30 seconds rest between the rounds. I was done in less than 20 minutes. Today my legs hurt and my butt hurts too. Awesome workout!

    😂 need to do more than one set for me but tried one for now and not bad at 25lbs for most and 15lbs for jumping. Loved the jumps just think more reps can be done for me

    This is a killer workout been doing this every Wednesday for the last four weeks started with 15lb weights and moved to 20lb weights two weeks ago. I do all three sets and sweat like crazy still exhausting but do I keep adding weight or reps even if By the third set am truly pushing and take longer between reps

      You will just gain the strength to do more push ups, you will see slight body changes as long as you watch what u eat

    Do you think this could give you the same result as going to the gym and using machines and squat racks etc.?

      No. It is more of a cardio variation. You will probably gain some muscle but not as much as you would get by doing"normal" leg workous. But zou will have better results than sitting on the Couch for sure.

    😂🤣😂 okay tried this one again. Did first round with 25lbs on normal squats and 15lbs on jumping and ski squats. Second round went up to 30lbs and 20lbs. Had to stop in between to catch my breath. Did a third round with just body weight. Definitely a great workout

    15 dB squats
    6 (2 deadlift 1 jump)
    15 dB skier swings
    15 stiff legged deadlifts
