This is a killer workout been doing this every Wednesday for the last four weeks started with 15lb weights and moved to 20lb weights two weeks ago. I do all three sets and sweat like crazy still exhausting but do I keep adding weight or reps even if By the third set am truly pushing and take longer between reps
No. It is more of a cardio variation. You will probably gain some muscle but not as much as you would get by doing"normal" leg workous. But zou will have better results than sitting on the Couch for sure.
