I was thinking if we can get videos dedicated to each alter. Bits of them compiled together to make a video to understand each of them. Only the primary one who front often and are oky with this idea.

Can I ask a question? How long did it take you to get diagnosed? We’re still undiagnosed and are scared to try to get one because of how long and disastrous the process can be.

It sadly took kinda around 8-9 years overall to get to our diagnosis of DID, i'd love to give advise or encouranging words, but we hold quite a bit of trauma and it's hard to even write about it 😅🥺 we Wish you the best though and just because we had a horrible time doesn't mean that you guys have to experience the same 🥺🖤 - isa

Thought even though the question isn't directed at us we'd react. We actually got our diagnosis with OSDD-1B pretty quickly. For us it took about a year. So it can go pretty quick, but I think it really depends on where you live and who you have in front of you. I got diagnosed this year (age 18) by our psychiatrist in the children/youth psychiatry. We had the luck our psychiatrist actually knew it from working in adult psychiatry, since it almost never gets diagnosed under 21. So yeah hope this gives you some hope - Dex (host) and 404 (emotional protector)
