Automatic UV Paint Spray Painting Line for Plastic Parts:
1. conveyor: spindle type continuous line, speed 4-9m/min;
2. spray gun: IWATA, all fixed on stand, with provision for fast color changeover;
3. paint baking oven: IR curing oven + UV curing oven;
4. Air purification: water curtain, pre filter, F6 fine filter, F8 fine filter, H13 HEPA filter;
5. Clean Room: 10K, with proper air ventilation
