This all might seem too good to be true, but it's really that simple. Eating oatmeal, and variations of oats, is all you need to fuel for an entire week of swimming, biking, and running. The more creative with your big day oats, the better. If you're setting out on a good hard swim, wake up and have yourself a quick woat (waffle oat). If you're recovering from a key tempo run, try a proat (protein oat). If you just completed your first half ironman, maybe celebrate with some coats (cookie oats). TOATS = Toasted oats. You cook them dry with cinnamon in a frying pan for a few minutes to give them a little roasted flavor, then mix them in a bowl dry with nuts, dried fruits and protein powder and eat it with milk as cold cereal.

TOATS-Traveling oats. When you want a snack for a road trip or need a quick bite before that 5am swim session. Make them into little bars or balls and super easy to store and transport!

Quoats = quick oats.
Soats/Voats = savory oats
Togoats = oats to go
Toats = oat tots (like bite sized oat bars, like that cereal, or perhaps dates stuffed with oats or vice-versa (wait, would these be doats!?))
