The videos are keeping me motivated. I'm an aspiring Ironman this year for Lake Placid (two years ago when I watched Heather win LP was the point when I said to myself with full solidarity that I was doing an 140.6...I was also wondering throughout watching the marathon when Heather was going to eat that banana she held onto!)...thank you for providing great content!

Eric and Paula, thank you for the 14min 51 sec of normal life, I (we) look forward to it every Sunday. I like the idea that the videos are not about what to do and how to train during this pandemic, again normal life, the one we once new. With a little luck, we will all have a new normal so that we may train, race and enjoy family/friends within arms reach, and swim as well. Can't wait for next Sunday. Yeah they do, it's pretty roomy inside and for now they just put a mattress on the floor. We're talking them into a van, or a fancy Element build out haha.
