Honestly, a great underrated mask I've been loving for whenever I'm sensitive, or just want some extra hydration.. the "yes to cotton" bubbling/foaming mask with oxygen and aloe. It looks to have great ingredients, can't find a single bad one with my intermediate expertise, and it's saved my skin after long days at the beach, or when I'm in the city and around a lot of free radicals, etc. Feels SO soothing. I'm not sure if it's recommended, but I've put this on after chemical peels if I have any redness or some areas reacted more than others.
If anyone is unaware, I'm From offers mini versions of their mugwort and honey masks, so you can get those for a more affordable price if you currently can't afford it or if you're just unsure on how it would be on your skin! :)

I’ve been living in Korea for 5 years and that honey mask has been the best product I’ve tried here! On my third pot! Apart from making my skin feel amazing, My granddad keeps bees and It smells exactly like his buckwheat honey. It was so thick and you can scoop it out of the jar and literally chew on it like caramel.

The charcoal mask by “ the ordinary” is my favourite. It takes 10 minutes to wear on the face and it cost $13.00. Super cheap and so easy
That’s such a good point about once you’ve nailed down a good skincare routine there isn’t often a need for masks. Now that I’ve got one that works great for me, I find myself turning to masks less and less.
All of them are so expensive and difficult to get a hold of 😭 could you do a video on drugstore too?

My fav drugstore is Freeman advcado and oatmeal or I make a turmeric mask with turmeric powder, bentonite clay, lemon(for dark spots) and milk/acv/water

I have been loving the OleHenriksen cold plunge pore mask. It is a clay mask but it is amazing for my oily skin. I keep it in the fridge for the extra added benefit of the cold soothing my skin. 💚

Hyram, I'd like to see the truth about Avene and Uriage, these both seem very good brands, fragrance and essential oils free but I need your opinion.
Doesn't Avene still have fragrance? I've definitely seen "parfum" in their ingredients 🤔

Overall, Avene is not perfect, but way better than La Roche-Posay. La Roche-Posay irritates my sensitive skin (I've tried most of their products), Avene doesn't. Plus their thermal water is 💣. Calms the skin beautifully.

Origins charcoal has been my fave for years but I recently switched to Innisfree Pore Clearing Clay Mask which left me SHOOK when I first tried it !

Hey I recommend going into TK Maxx and looking through their skincare section they have a decent choice there and it's much cheaper! A few months ago I went into TK Maxx and got a couple box's of 10 Korean facemasks for about £7.99 I'm still going through them now!
Hi hyram, i'm actually living in asia and it's so hard to find the product you recomended here. But we could easily find korea skin care product so can you give a series about korea skincare like the best korea toner or moisturizer. I would really love to see that.
I'm not a pro for skincare, but I've used a korean brand called dear klairs and I really like their unscented supple preparation toner! it also has pretty good reviews :)
If your looking for a good sunscreen , Purito have some really good ones , I have one and I love it , it feels just like moisturiser and there’s no white cast. Purito is one of the cult favourite korean skincare sunscreens , I’ve seen so many people rave about it.
i also live in Asia, and i often use brands as DrJart, Laneige, Cosrx, Klairs, TheFaceShop and Pyunkang YUl
You can order online and get the product shipped to you, although first ask the brand on one of their social media or email, if they ship to your country

I love the salicylic charcoal mask from the ordinary. If you have combination skin it’s the perfect balance of purifying and minimizing pores without overdrying your skin. I use that one once a week and the 30%
AHA/BHA solution once a week or every other week depending on how my skin is feeling because that peel is potent!!!

He recommends branda he thinks are great and that he knows about, some of those brands most people havent heard of unless youre in Europe which Hyram is based in Hawaii so it can be harder to find those brands and products :) only a few of those brands are available in canada/usa

yeah same, eatiy dairy is not good for the skin, however probiotics ARE great for the skin, you can get probiotics in a non-dairy product by drinking kombucha
You are probably allergic to lactose or at least intolerant. Probiotics aren't dairy. I don't know how a yogurt mask would feel for someone who is lactose intolerant or allergic to it but I am sure there are products which are lactose free but still have probiotics. Korres is NOT one of them, they do use real yogurt. Also yogurt is really good even on its own for your skin. I am from Bulgaria (the country which discovered the bulgaricus bacteria which is necessary to make yogurt) and we simply apply yogurt to sun-burnt skin and it does miracles!

I really wish this type of content was available during my teenage years of major acne and terrible skin management. In retrospect, years of using abrasive physical exfoliators and fragrance filled face masks probably further aggravated my acne. I’m happy to say your videos have inspired me to be more conscious of products at a molecular level.
Hyram! Keep going with your exercise routine! 🖤💯 skincare + exercise have been the two BIGGEST self care/self love habits I’ve created in the past few years and WOW you will appreciate yourself for being consistent with exercise the same way you appreciate yourself for being consistent with skincare! Start with the basics, trial and error to figure out what works and what you love, then be consistent 💪💪💪 Just a tip if you want it: pushups are awesome! Try googling “minimalist workout” and you’ll get the very basics of an overall solid routine. UA-cam is a great teacher, and highly recommend the Athlean X channel. He’s a physical therapist who specializes in exercise and he walks you through the details of what, why, and how to do an exercise ! Best of luck and thank you for your channel !!!!
