Billie's makeup was surprisingly light and it just shows how prominent her features are in my opinion. Stage makeup is supposed to highlight her features so it will show through all the stage light and effects, so the fact that her makeup is pretty light shows how intense and deep her facial features are already are. Probably why she leaves a strong impression on people just from looks alone.
Although on the other hand, she does a LOT on stage and probably sweats off a lot of makeup as well! But watching this video, and especially when Hyram made that comment about her eyes, she definitely has some really defined and intense facial features as well
Tbh i think most celebs have pretty light to medium amounts of makeup on stage, just because most times they'll sweat some of it off, and usually theyre moving around a lot. But for stage makeup in different productions like musicals or plays they usually have more makeup on in my opinion. Specifically for billie, she mentioned that she does her own make up so i instantly thought she definitely doesnt put on much. She seems like the type of person to use light makeup.
Lola yes and yes, but also like the first reply said, her good skin is probably cause she’s got money, most celebs are at clinics and whatnot getting their skin taken care like once a week whereas even obsessed with skincare “regular” folks that like to go to clinics can probably only afford once a month or every other month if that
He's not saying the products are bad (maybe with the exception of the wipes and the extraction tools). He's reviewing the ingredients from a scientific standpoint and pointing out which ones could potentially be agitating. Keep in mind that not everyone's skin reacts to products the same way. What is agitating to one person might be just fine for another and that is why he never outright said whether any product was bad- just whether he'd use it, and whether it could be irritating. :)

I had a facial done at a spa a few years back ( beginning of 2018) the round brush she used broke so many capillaries on my cheek that the only way to cool down the burning was to stand outside in January in the Poconos, PA where I was staying. I could not even shower the next day as the steam from the shower burned my face. The redness has gone down over time but it is definitely permanently more pink than my other cheek. The kicker is I went back there the following day for a couples massage, told them what happened and they did nothing for me. They just laid me on my side as I couldn't lay with my face directly down.

First of all, thanks for your channel . I thought that as I got older, all damage was done and there was no point to investing in a skincare routine . Between you and Dr. Dray, I was proven wrong and my skin has looked better at 50 than on my late 20’s, 30’s , and 40’s. Seriously! Anywho, I like the Oat Cleansing Balm from the Inkey List . I am obsessed with it as my first step of double cleansing to take off all the SPF you and Dr. Dray convinced me to wear. Nothing but love here for what you all do.
Just fyi, Dr Dray says that when you have hard water supply in your area, using cold water helps in breaking out facewash and clean your face better than normal water, which can reduce achne significantly, worked for me really well. She also says keep the cleansing product on your face for as little time as possible.
omg i literallly commented on the last video "hyram pls do a reaction video of billie eilish's skincare routine" and an hour later you uploaded this video. the connection we have
I would love to see you do a reaction to Whitney Cummings skincare routine. She talks about how she uses a lot of oil to dissolve her make up and she tries her best not to get her skin wet with water and tries to treat her skin as if it's like leather. Would love to hear your opinions on her methods. Thanks! :)
With water temperature while cleansing, I always try to use lukewarm water. I read somewhere that extremes of temperatures are never good for your skin, and it makes sense to me. I feel like too hot or too cold water can be drying and just too much?? IDK 🤣
Hyram, I so appreciate you going through ingredient lists of products with us, it helps to know what to look for when looking through ingredient lists myself!
Love that you mentioned the fact the it's best to just pour some toner on your hand and pat it on cause when I used cotton balls/pads I saw that there would be tiny strings and pieces of cotton leftover on my face when I applied an oil or moisture which bothered me, so I though why not just put some in my hands it it just made me happier doing that part of my skincare and it made be feel more rejuvenated and clean.
I LOVE YOU! I am a licensed esthetician and I was iffy at first about you because of the qualification differences. You are absolutely correct bout everything you stated in this vid. You do a great job at being real and informational about skin care and I appreciate you pointing out the fact about extraction being a no for most to do by themselves. Keep doing what you're doing!! You make a great impact for people starting skincare.
I'm now using the aveeno oat gel moisturizer that you mentioned in one of your video and I'm so grateful for your tips. I was shocked how smooth my skin is the next day I'm like whuuuut?? seriously tho I partnered it with Iunik tea tree serum and inkey list tranexamic acid that you also mentioned and it has worked wonders for me. Thank you so much!!!! :)
I understand that Hyram is just giving his professional opinion, but you can clearly see how beautiful and clear Billie's skin is. The products she uses are custom and handmade by people she's close with, and know how to keep skin healthy. Billie has amazing skin, and her routine is not at all bad.

Rate my nighttime skincare routine 🤪 1. Wash my hands (I like to use my hands to apply my skincare so I wash them first) I also prep by putting on a headband or tying up my bangs lol 2. Use a vitamin C micellar water & water together and rub it in my hands and into my skin gently all the way down to my neck 3. Use a vitamin C cleanser (I think it’s from Olay) I make sure to wash the back of my neck and behind my ears and everyyyyyything! All the way up my forehead as well 4. Use a non-scented moisturizer on my whole face 5. Use Aquaphor on my lips and t-zone (I have an oily t-zone and I heard that it means I actually need more moisture so I use it to lock the moisture in. Also, my lips are chronically dry too 😭 so I get it!) 6. I sleep with my headband on to keep my hair out of my face 7. FLIP MAH PILLOW‼️ I feel like this is important IMO cuz every 2 days I’ll toss my pillow cases in the washer, so every day I’ll flip my pillow to the other side so it’s not dirty from the night before and contaminating my skin. I also sleep like a burrito with my face in the blankets so I gotta wash those often as well lmfao 🤣 Hope you liked it! ❤🎉

I'm an Esthetician, most people try extracting their nose even tho there's nothing to extract known as sebaceous filaments. Pore reducing treatments like carbon peels can help with reducing the appearance size but not much more can be done. And if you get those broken capillaries you'll need vasculyse which hurts alot
Ok as an esthetician I’ll say this, not everything has to be done by the book. If you experiment something different and it works for you why not to break the rules. I never follow protocol at least on myself. Go by what works for you. This guy🙄🙄🙄

Anywho, I like the Oat Cleansing Balm from the Inkey List . I am obsessed with it as my first step of double cleansing to take off all the SPF you and Dr. Dray convinced me to wear. Nothing but love here for what you all do.
since I've been using cold water due to the hot weather in London rn, I've noticed a huge difference in my skin!
Just fyi, Dr Dray says that when you have hard water supply in your area, using cold water helps in breaking out facewash and clean your face better than normal water, which can reduce achne significantly, worked for me really well. She also says keep the cleansing product on your face for as little time as possible.
I saw her skincare yesterday and I immediately thought of you , I AM SO HAPPY THAT YOU REACTED
omg i literallly commented on the last video "hyram pls do a reaction video of billie eilish's skincare routine" and an hour later you uploaded this video. the connection we have
Just found this channel and am subscribing! Love the gentle, accessible, solution-focused approach Hyram takes. 💜
Her skin is literally perfect
I would love to see you do a reaction to Whitney Cummings skincare routine. She talks about how she uses a lot of oil to dissolve her make up and she tries her best not to get her skin wet with water and tries to treat her skin as if it's like leather. Would love to hear your opinions on her methods. Thanks! :)
It’s crazy how many steps some people’s skincare routines are. I just cleanse, moisturize, and apply sunscreen with all cerave products..
right mines so simple too
Same i dont use much to
Same
She has such clear skin
With water temperature while cleansing, I always try to use lukewarm water. I read somewhere that extremes of temperatures are never good for your skin, and it makes sense to me. I feel like too hot or too cold water can be drying and just too much?? IDK 🤣
I have chronically dry lips too, I highly recommend O'Keefes lip repair, that stuff WORKS, plus its cheap.
Where can I find it please
Yessss. My fave. The only thing that works for me.
I can definitely understand taking out the anger on the skin- It's why I clean and really enjoy scrubbing.
Let’s get Billie on the channel for a Hyram routine! 🤗
I’m so obsessed with your shirt. I couldn’t stop staring at it while you were talking.
ive been so excited for this since the second i saw vogue uploaded it 😭😭🫶🏼
I watched the video and knew Hyram was gonna have a heart attack 😂 Her skin is so gorgeous though it’s insane
i love the celebrity skincare reaction videos! definitely not repetitive. i would love for you to go through skkn by kims new skincare products to get your thoughts! and maybe even jeffree stars skincare line? you might want to avoid the drama with that one though 😬
personally i like the ponds cold cream makeup romover. I think its cost effective, removes all my makeup, and really cleans my face. I have really bad acne and clogged pores, and this product has really helped. I got mine for 6$ on amazon
If I were face to face with her, I would say, Billie honey, I use to love my makeup wipes too but I gave them up for then environment and you can too. Now, I use a cleansing balm and honestly, I would never go back. You can do it girl!
Are the balm containers recyclable?
@@annaelisavettavonnedozza9607 to be honest, I can't answer that question. I haven't finished mine because I'm a recent convert and it takes a really long time to get through a jar. I'm not at home to check. I will tell you it's been well over a month and I'm not done with my first jar, that's more than a pack of wipes, for sure.
@@annaelisavettavonnedozza9607 Most of them are, yes.
Can you use a cleansing balm with acne? I have mild to moderate acne and need to know what ingredients to look for
@@bluebree I don't know for sure but I'd think since you wash it off with a 2nd cleanse, it'd be good.
billie has such beautiful skin
the rhode lip treatment has helped my extremely dry lips SO MUCH!!
Yeaa love that😍
Yeaa love that😍
Dude her natural lip color is literally gorgeous 💀🤌✨
I could actually hear Hyram's commentary while watching Billie's video. Especially the makeup wipes 😂
Rate my nighttime skincare routine 🤪
1. Wash my hands (I like to use my hands to apply my skincare so I wash them first) I also prep by putting on a headband or tying up my bangs lol
2. Use a vitamin C micellar water & water together and rub it in my hands and into my skin gently all the way down to my neck
3. Use a vitamin C cleanser (I think it’s from Olay) I make sure to wash the back of my neck and behind my ears and everyyyyyything! All the way up my forehead as well
4. Use a non-scented moisturizer on my whole face
5. Use Aquaphor on my lips and t-zone (I have an oily t-zone and I heard that it means I actually need more moisture so I use it to lock the moisture in. Also, my lips are chronically dry too 😭 so I get it!)
6. I sleep with my headband on to keep my hair out of my face
7. FLIP MAH PILLOW‼️ I feel like this is important IMO cuz every 2 days I’ll toss my pillow cases in the washer, so every day I’ll flip my pillow to the other side so it’s not dirty from the night before and contaminating my skin. I also sleep like a burrito with my face in the blankets so I gotta wash those often as well lmfao 🤣
Hope you liked it! ❤🎉
I also use a fragrance before bed 😬 And a really fragrant lotion probably not great for the skin but I love smelling good!
Bruh, your eyes are basically the same GORGEOUS color!❤️
Hey Hyram,
Just a suggestion related to the dried lips you mentioned - you might try checking your vitamin B2 levels 😇
This is actually my first video of yours, Hyram. I am a big fan of your knowledge of how skin care products work and ingredients. I'm sorry to hear about your extracting experience but I am a big fan of your knowledge and advice.
I use cold water lol bc inflammation it helps calm my skin down when it’s all red and for me personally helps irritated pimples
esthie student here! id love a video specifically about what ingredients to look for in skincare products, good or bad! recommending clients product in their price range is hard! what’s your secret to looking at ingredient lists
i just found out that those specific face wipes are actually biodegradable as well!!
I only use makeup wipes when I really have to when travelling. I usually use bioderma micellar water with re-useable pads that he recommended yey me! I also use the bioderma sensibio face wash (the pink one) and it’s amazing! And this girl has literally perfect skin and so beautiful wow!
I started watching u 4 days ago, and learnt SO much, I have been using makeup wipes, and now I realise why my face is so red after using them! I’m gonna buy skincare either today or when I find some that suit me and it’s cheap lol
A highlight of my day is crocheting in bed and watching Hyram I always look forward to his videos
BILLIE+HYRAM IS THE BEST COMBO
👌👍😍👍
I have the same fragrance it’s literally so good it smells like heaven, as soon as i put it on im happy doesn’t matter what im happy. Her skincare routine is random but her skin is still perfect lol
As an esthetician when Billie brought out those extractions tools I screamed. Girl you can afford to go to a professional for that shit!
ive never rlly listened to billie eilish but i can definitely agree she is extremely pretty
yes yes she is i agree
Some lip balms have ingredients that make your lips dry which makes you need to reapply the lip balm
I like how instead of just criticizing you provide solutions, also I’m sure you probably already drink water or you’ve heard it before but the only thing that really helps my chapped dry lips is drinking half a gallon to a gallon of water a day
Hyram, BIBA was in Hailey Bieber's skincare routine :) Thanks for yet another awesome video, we love you!
Billie honestly doesn't even need makeup.. her skin is gorgeous alone
thank you for making this hyram! really just puts me in a good mood. (also your niacinamide and maracuja moisturizer has literally saved my skin) i love how you give the science behind the products and other products to use. thank you for taking the time to put content out!
I actually spray perfume on me too after my face care routine. My bf has also asked me why! I just honestly like smelling good. Plus when I’m in bed, it’s relaxing to me.
I am so excited to watch thisssss… I also adore Billie “Irish”. Nah but she’s so wonderful!!!
The video was basically just an ad for Biba featuring Billie. Since Biba’s wildly expensive, it’s great to hear about some substitutes.
I miss these type of videos. Hope you do more👏🏽
My absolute favorite cleansing balm is the body shop camomille cleansing balm.
I was waiting for this one 😭✨
♥️😍😍♥️
I'm so glad that you brig up the enviornment Hyram. Is so important and needs to be brought up more.
the makeup wipe rant saying she is probably going to use multiple makeup wipes because stage makeup is heavy vs Billie using one and minimal makeup being on it...LMAO love you
I'm an Esthetician, most people try extracting their nose even tho there's nothing to extract known as sebaceous filaments.
This guy🙄🙄🙄
He’s a professional and is giving protocol advice because he’s a public figure and wants to give out the best advice he can and be beneficial towards his audience. People have everything in their right to do whatever they want. He’s doing great
I love hyram and his love for the environment!
I love love love Billie, but I was impatiently waiting for a skincare reaction video to this!!! Thank you for providing, haha!!!!
He’s yapping abt how the products and stuff are bad but she literally has the most clear skin
love your videos and love how considerate you are for the environment I HATE MAKE UP WIPES TOO!!
im not even joking rn, i literally found the perfect moisturiser for me in my dads bag whilst halfway thro this video, ur channel is unreal istg
