  • In this video, I describe how I added front and rear disc brakes to my golf cart. When modifying a golf cart, it is important to address the brakes in order to have proper stopping power. Adding the brakes was one of the more difficult modifications I made to my golf cart. I tried to purchase most of the components, but there was still quite a bit of engineering that needed to be done. I am very pleased with how the brakes turned out.

Great video. I would like to see how you made your front suspension looks simple enough for me to do, but I like to see how people do things. Keep up the great videos.

    1) how in the WORLD did you discover that the 1994 Toyota Tercel front rotor was the right part !,!!!!! And
    2) it appears that that rotor IS ventilated in all of my searches …
    3) do you have an alternate part?
    4) did I already ask…HOW IN THE WOOOOORLD …did you figure out that the Tercel rotor was approximately right .?
    Thx

I went to the auto parts store and asked the guy for a four bolt non-ventilated rotor. He said the one he picked was for a Tercel. I did need to turn the diameter and the thickness down so the caliper would fit. If I had to do it again I would just order the correct rotor from Summit.

@@themellowmechanic thanks but I’m still stuck I wouldn’t be ordering an EzGo front brake rotor from Summit…so how would I order or “ what” would I order?
      Thank you again….
