Can the homes not be built a bit below the ground, Like 10 or 20 feet below so that they are cooler ? Not submerged but a bit lower, so they don't have to spend much on cooling the homes ?
Shashi Kiran I am sure they could. But the increased expense would out weigh the benefit. However with today’s construction and solar energy supplements homes are more efficient than before.
I'd like to get one of those $300,00 homes. Is that three hundred hundred?
