I am talking about people who want to lay down roots and live here generations. Some of these homes have a turnover of "owners." Yes they are colorfully beautiful.
The gentrification in Tucson is getting ridiculous there are people pricing out long time Tucson residents on the Westside (a place that was long affordable for families) now.
