My parents live in Sun City. The OV is an uppity town. It might be safe but it's a ticket trap town. Also it ain't got a down town! Bunch of uppity strip malls. The residents are uppity too!

Do not go to Basis - I worked there and what a joke. They advertise 2 teachers to 30-32 students but I was really a parapro making 40K a year. terrible schools, con job. Oro is really nice though:)

@@TucsonArizona thank u. great video. Basis is a scam, people have to understand this. I worked in basis scottsdale - most snooty awful school I have ever worked at. Teachers spied on me and were micromanaging me - our bios were not even on the website and I think this is a basis thing. parents are easily scammed and I feel bad for them, regular public schools are the way to go!
Very interesting… I’ve never been involved with those schools before. Coincidentally I have a video coming out today about Tucson schools and I do mention basis schools in Tucson in those videos.( I don’t talk about the schools on a personal level because I have no personal experience with them; I just mention their ratings.) thanks again for your view and comment and for checking out the channel!

Are you in the midst of nature in a midtown Tucson home? Mountain views? That's extremely important to me. I will probably stick to moving to Oro Valley. ☺️
When I think of midtown, I don’t specifically think of wildlife, but there aren’t many places in Tucson that don’t have great Mountain View’s, and you’re pretty much surrounded by natural desert anywhere you are. If you want more desert and land, I would generally say go further from midtown, but some newer subdivisions even outside of the city limits are very close together with limited nature nearby, so it just depends on the neighborhood. 😊 Thanks so much for the view and comment!

What about hospital?
Hello! Yes there is at least one hospital and at least one urgent care in Oro Valley that I am aware of; there may be more. There are also plenty of other urgent care facilities and hospitals throughout the city of Tucson
Northwest Medical Center is very close, in addition to the already mentioned Oro Valley Hospital. There are a lot of newer/nice specialty medical offices as well.
