Great tones, this video sold me completely on the amp and I am gonna buy it. However, it would be cool if you could also tell me the settings you use on the gain channel. The clean channel you turn it up, until it's loud enough 😅 that part is clear.
@@SeanPierceJohnson Hello! This is the best review of the amp. I wanted to ask if there is a post eq, because these 10s sound beefy and I wanted to know if they sounded that beefy in the room.
Orange Rocker 15, Fender Bassbreaker 15, Fender Blues Jr, Vox AC15, Marshall DSL 40. Take your pick. Best thing to do when looking for your first rig is find out what your favorite guitarist plays and try to miic that within your budget. You always can. Then try out a bunch
Please no one think the amp sounds this bad in reality. It is so much better in person. Also that fuzz is a terrible compliment to this amp. Orange amps need boost pedals or transparent overdrives to just give you more of the amps character. They have almost too much character already, you don't need to give it more.
@@anthonyfesta7010 I do. I have been in love with it for years now. I play on the slightly gritty ambient side of things so the stereo features and tone of this amp really shine for what I'm doing. Playing with it full stereo is nice in the room and makes the amp seem like it's about twice as side sitting there. Recorded separately sounds amazing.
@@anthonyfesta7010 If you plan to buy one, go play one first. It can be picky as to what gain staging it likes. I find light drives and boosts to suit it well. Always turn up the volume when turning up gain on an Orange amp otherwise things can get crispy. Clean channel is good. If you have a loud drummer and you won't be miced up, consider something with more power. It's essentially 2 separate 15watt amps pushing a 10 inch spearker, but inside the same cabinet. Great to push the amp into thick overdrive but not enough clean headroom for bigger rooms.

I don’t see why it couldn’t work for Radiohead stuff. Takes pedals well and the core sounds are British to the core. Have at it! - the dude in the video

ouch... good thing I already bought this amp; the tones in this vid r not the sounds i m enjoying through mine (could be that guitar) other than the ten's in it and the tiny terror transformers, it's a cool amp for slaving the poweramps and speakers w stereo wet signals (gonna run a dry signal through some 12's w it) and the preamp can be put into your true bypass looper (it's buffered) and utilised (i engage it and channel change it w a bypass looper, everything midi'ed up) GOLDEN age of TONE these days (just not featured here, I.M.O., no offence) clearly i have turned into a judgemental internet critic type of person the amps works at gig volume w cabs w 12" spkrs (mic'ed up or you will not have enough clean headroom (?))
Sorry in today's world one knob is not all you need. It is inexcusable bullshit that any manufacturer should be ashamed of. Give me one good reason to buy this hunk of junk when i could get a boogie for that price with features out the ass. My peavey viper's brit, badcat, and jsx models put it to shame. Pre gain, post gain, master vol, low, mid, hi, verb, delay on all channels. Go digital people its frick'n amazing. And I'm a tube guy!
Also, these very feature packed amps, are designed to be able to do any sound you could think of, but they are unable to nail one particular sound, since they have only one main cerquit. I prefer my amp to have one tone, the one that I like. If I wanted features, I would buy a German car 😂
Thanks for not playing 20 billion blues licks
les paul orange great combination
Great looking Gibson les Paul
Thanks! I love it and wish I had another
Impressive video Sean :) Orange really nail it with Rocker32
Thanks buddy!
6:53 what is that riff from? It sounds so familiar.
A little bit like Catalyst from Dorje.
That would be a riff from a yet to be released song by my band Cockeyed Optimist
pardon me scoustic
The amp alone with drive is much better than those pedals.
Not wrong. Just tried to run a gamut to show what the amp can do. I shoulda probably thrown a Tube Screamer in the mix though
Man...so cool to finally see this! It was great working with you guys.
wow!!!! looking up this amp and look who I find. lol.
@@JasonTMays isn’t it always nice to see a friendly, familiar face 😋
I was thinking about this as my next amp until I saw they’re over $1,000
The 15 I think is 700 whereas the Rocker 32 is 1200
@@hunternichols9463 you can find it used

GhostProductions do you know what riff that is ?
Sorry bro but i dont know
@@Jace___42 that sounds like parkway drive stuff
I actually wrote that one! It’s the verse riff from a song called “Fine Line” off my band’s 2nd EP. The band is Cockeyed Optimist
I really need this amp
It’s a great amp for sure!

Not that the OCD is bad pedal, but it ate shit once you engage the orange distortion
love this video...just perfectly done... thank you
Thanks man! I’m the guy in the video by the way …
Awesome guitar. Very John Sykes like.
Thanks! That’s my go-to Les Paul
The OR32 is like having 2 OR15’s in the same box.
I’m debating on the rocker 32 or the supro Keeley 25-12 Looking for a pedal platform amp.
did you decide?
Both are great options!
Awesomme tone! what picks you got in the les paul?
Hey man! I’m the player in the video. The pickups are Seymour Duncan’s: JB & Jazz. Classic combo!

Is the rocker 15 good to use with pedals?
The 15 and 32 pretty much react the same way. The Natural channel is great for pedals 👍

Nice guitar horrible distortion pedal too tinny
I think that pedal was designed to sound that way, since that's appearantly a desirable tone for some.
Yeah, it's designed to sound intentionally harsh, scooped and aggressive. It's not a conventionally pretty tone but I certainly find it very usable.
What band did he mention, I didn't quite catch the name....
Cockeyed Optimist…though sadly we’ve been on a health related hiatus
