      going to the gym is not a requirement, you need to have higher burnt calories than consumed. Equation is simply as that. Some mf think they gonna lose fat by just showing up to the gym doing 30min to 1h of 0 intensity training.

    I agree with everyone up until the last one. I would argue it’s the opposite. Sleeping and lusting with low vibrational women is going to decrease your energy and take from you. Being celibate and developing your self to your best form definitely boosts test!

    Im a full-time pot smoker, i test my testosterone every 3/6 months and train while fasting
    Fun fact sex is a must, i also did a test when i did semen retention for 8 weeks, and my T levels was at the lowest I've ever seen

    I can confirm that the point in regards to sexual activity is true. I did No Fap for 13 months straight. And it destroyed my sex drive and energy levels. Even a year later after resuming fapping, my sex drive just still isn’t the same.

      I find that hard to believe since ejaculation reduces testosterone since the hormone is needed to produce semen. Therefore the less you ejaculate the more testosterone you have.

      @@enniomojica7812 Yeah, ejaculation will reduce testosterone TEMPORARILY. Not like it will carry over into the next morning if you do it before bed. But believe me, the concept of “Use it or lose it” is very, very true. Additionally, the whole thing with not fapping and increasing testosterone, that’s true for maybe the first 7-10 days. After that, it just levels out.

    So for me, the things that lower my testosterone are :
    - no sex (8 months)
    - drink non filthered water
    - lack of sleep
    - sedentery lifestyle

    Going to need to see a scientific study on the excessive cannabis use comment. Though you shared how it changed for you when you stopped doesn’t mean that’s the case for everyone. Michael Phelps, plenty of UFC fighters, NBA players and NFL players all use this maybe to the extent what you find excessive and no one would question if they have low testosterone. Everything else was solid though. Healthy diet, sleep, mental health in check, consistency and pushing ones self till failure with a proper program and hydrating should have results even if you smoke cannabis just saying

    Where does the sexual activity thing come from? It doesn't seem to be true for me, the first thing I noticed when I got comfortable in my relationship and no-longer had to worry about that was I actually started losing muscle, it became more difficult to train. Which I would naturally equate to lower testosterone, but this could be due to other things like I was definitely getting less sleep for example. which is why I ask what is this based on.

    Great video. Another one you didn’t mention - prolonged caloric deficits / excessively low bodyfat percentages. Not the same things, of course, but the two usually go hand in hand, and will fuck you up if you go too hard with them.

    I have two, which are body fat percentage in the 20’s, and no sex, since my breakup, which was about a little over two and half years ago. 😢 I do, however still get hardons, but not as big as before when my girlfriend at the time and I were having sex three times a week, sometimes more.

    I train 3x a week lift heavy, never do any cardio and get less than 3k steps a day. And I am eating in a calorie surplus and I am 7% body fat rn
