Nowadays ppl remark a nice build is 'just genetics,' which for them is another way of saying you didn't have to really work hard to achieve that build. It's insulting, at least to me, when ppl dismiss your physique as just genetics. I'm thinking duh, of course, but it's my intense training that brought my genetic potential to the surface, so to speak. Anyway, I agree with all you've said in this vid bruh. I was just trippin' off several equally elder (but overweight) gymbros I know who have casually dismissed my unusually aesthetic physique bc of my age of 65. 🤜🏿🤛🏿! 🏋🏿‍♂️!!!!!

His before picture was him after he was training for about 1.5 years. Look it up. Thats not his true frame.
He’s a true ectomorph who took drugs to get to his 3.5 year physique.
If he was actually a mesomorph then i would have said his 3.5 year physique was 100% natural, As it is very easy for that somatotype to get that much mass with such low bodyfat in that space of time.
But judging by his wrists and calves, he’s definitely an ectomorph. His natural frame is very small.

If your mom was chubby then thats why. Endomorphs have god tier muscle building genetics. They just need to get disciplined to lose the fat first. Once they do that, they can get very huge. Very quickly. Look at endomorph rugby players for example. Tldr: naturally fat= great muscle building genetics.

The last point is true, though us white guys can usually reach a fullness and strength with hard work and usually be just as strong, here in Europe broke black guys straight off a rubber dinghy who sleep in literal bushes and beg outside grocery stores are on average like 6ft 2 and are muscular as hell. Like they have the body of a white guy that’s been heavily hitting the gym for years even though they clearly didn’t have access to gyms before and still can’t afford them.
Black guys have definitely maxed out stats on genetic strength.

My mother is very muscular. Looks like an IFBB pro figure competitor in her mid 40s, 50s and 60s and she just does classes.
She also has crazy strength endurance and could push and grind through reps more than anyone I ever seen and she would still do more.
Always blows my mind more than any woman my mothers muscular development especially her vascularity in her forearms, biceps, and shoulders.
She doesn't like her vascularity but if me a literal male has that vascularity and definition while still getting strong I would get so many followers based on my look alone.
Which is why people say cut 20 to 50lbs so I could get the look.
The look is cool but I rather be strong.
Being demented strong gives me more fulfillment than the look.
My dad is way under eating at 65 to be 5 foot 11 inch 175lbs mostly muscle.
In his 40s he used to be 6 foot or 6 foot 1 inch and weighed between 210lbs or 225lbs without training and he just had father strength and size.
Ate very little his work years but eats less now in fact eats the least in yhr family next to my younger brother or my mother at times who has the healthiest diet and lifestyle in the house.
West African genetics my family is from Nigeria and I was born in USA but have West African Nigeria genetics 🇳🇬 .
I was muscular as a teenager with a 135lbs max bench press and had big legs though I had puny calves with a more or less 225lb squat at 15 years old and 190lbs Bodyweight. I had these arms and shoulders and traps. Even chest development which was actually gyno.
I looked like I lifted as a teen though I was weak.
To the point I did communtiy service for high school campus ministry and lifted and carried a dresser wrapping my arms around it and picking it up walking with it myself.
The football freshman said I was strong and I lift weights. I said I barely lift weights and in my head I said my bench press is weak I'm not strong or muscular.
But I somehow looked like I lifted. To the extent when I was in 10th grade my arms and delts and traps popped through my red nike tank.
The 11th grade jocks who weren't nice to the other 10th graders were impressed with my arms.
In my head I saw my arms looked bigger than my school mates but to me it was for show my bench press was weak.
Even one football dude in my 10th grade gym class who was the second strongest kid in my grade said I was ripped and kind of big. I didn't see it.
Then I started doing calisthenics and blew up in size and added powerlifting.
    The end. 👎🏿

    Awesome video.
I admit that I've been recommended your videos a few times but never watched them because I assumed you'd be another out of touch influencer who thinks that a 4 plate chin-up will get you 18" arms and is possible for everyone naturally. But this was super down to earth and realistic. And I've already started applying your weighted pull-up recommendations.
I think I'm average. Some things I have good genetics for, some things I don't.
From my perspective, this is what I have good: genetics for:
    - Vascularity / pumped look
    - Round muscle bellies of shoulders and back
    - Lean limbs
    - Triceps grow from presses alone and have good insertions
    - Endurance - can train whole body hard for 2+ hrs in one go 3 times per week
    - Good comprehension of training principles
    - High pain tolerance
    - Mindset to push harder
    - Can mimic a movement pattern from watching a video a few times
    Bad:
    - Don't build muscle easily - I gain a lot of fat during a bulk, not a lot of muscle
    - Fat around waist - I need to get to 10% body fat to lose love handles
    - Weak in most muscles except back - after years of dedicated training I still have a poor bench press and squat
    - Poor bicep insertion - my arm just looks like a log
    - Calves
    - Thin wrists/ankles
