If you’re curious as to which settings I used for each game, it’s all listed in the video’s description. Yes, I used DLSS for most tests cuz why not? 🙃

@@DannysTechChannel dude thank you for your response. Instant subscriber! And can you tell me one that would be compatible and what you’d recommend. Sorry I’m new to this. Thanks again!!
can you include the exact settings on your games? Cuz most benchmarkers I see use native resolution with ultra settings, so there is no way something like cyberpunk got 120 fps in 1080 without dlss boost/lower settings
Yes. Upgrade to your hearts content. Something like an RTX 3080 would be great. You’ll just need to make sure your power supply has enough juice to run the card you choose
I have a 3060, paid a lot for it in early 2022. It doesn't seem to be great in newer and upcoming games unless heavily turning down settings and upscaling if playing at 1440p. I saw a similar 1080ti in another channel and it was getting around 30fps for comparison without upscaling in games like Avatar, LOU1, cyberpunk, remnant 2, starfield, flight simulator and just 10fps in alan wake 2 . I'm still on 1080p 75hz and won't be upgrading to a higher refresh/resolution unless prices on higher end cards drop considerably.
Thanks for sharing your experience! That’s what I did with this testing. I ran medium settings WITH DLSS for pretty much everything. As long as you don’t mind upscaling, it still holds its own in today’s games. At least it’s got 12GB of VRAM
I agree with mrfrost. The 6700 XT can be had for $299 now. Another good card for under $300 is intel’s A770 16GB. The RX 7600 is great too. And prices for that are around $250 currently.
I really like the look of the B550m Pro Se, I'm thinking about doing a black/white build and I can currently get the board for $91, Would you say it's a good board for that price?
You might need to install the drivers that came with your motherboard. But that would require a CD drive hooked up. You can also check in windows device manager and see if there is a problem with it
Nope... I got this build since November 2021 and you can't get a consistent above 60+fps with games like Cyberpunk and RDR2 at max graphical settings with it.
The 6600 XT has much better raw performance and will net a better frame rate but the 3060’s 12GB of VRAM will allow games to run smoother when hitting the 6600’s vram buffer. Depends on what you wanna play.

9:31 ??? What did u just say? My Asus Dual Mini RTX3060 runs TLOU1 at Ultra 1080p 68-85fps.
i got a 3060 at microcenter for about $220 (it was on sale) and I just got the 5600x the other day for like 50% off on amazon 😂😂
Like I said, as long as you get ‘em for cheap, it’s worth it. But at over $1000 for this build, I’d go with something else.

You can squeeze some more performance from 5600X. Retested today mine and got 11656 points due to this guide ua-cam.com/video/jmJ5Z9jRNPg/v-deo.html

Thats a huge bottleneck right there. Get a gen4 ssd!
Gen 3 vs Gen 4 doesn’t matter when we’re talking about taking simply gaming.
