THE BEST WORKOUT THAT I DID SO FAR! WORKING OUT WITH RESISTANCE BANDS 2.0 (DAY 15)

    Hello beautiful people! Welcome back to my channel! And for those of you who are new here, I hope you can be part of our growing community and SUBSCRIBE as well. ☺️💓
    And today, for Day 15 of our WORKING OUT WITH RESISTANCE BANDS 2.0, I am using 2 different resistance bands here, one 5-15 lb and a 35-55 lbs resistance band. I also used one 25 lbs dumbell. Everyone is different so use a resistance band / weight that fits your fitness level instead of following the exact band resistance that I am using here. Use a resistance that is 'manageable' yet 'challenging' on the last 2-3 repetitions for the exercise to be effective. We will be targetting the legs, glutes and back.
    This has been one of the best routines that I have done so far so keep on watching the reasons behind it. Let’s go and grab your yoga mat, sweat towel, drinking water too and let’s get this workout started shall we?
    We will be doing 11 exercises in total. 10-20 repetitions per exercise. Take a 1 minute rest before doing another set and another set for a total of 3 sets. Make sure to follow proper form to avoid any injuries and to maximize the benefits of every move. Prioritize quality over quantity.

    THE WORKOUT:
    ▶️ 15 BANDED HIP THRUSTS
    ▶️ 12 BANDED RDLS
    ▶️ 20 ALTERNATING SIDE LUNGES
    ▶️ 15 INCLINED SINGLE ARM ROWS (L)
    ▶️ 15 INCLINED SINGLE ARM ROWS (R)
    ▶️ 12 ELEVATED SINGLE LEG HIP THRUSTS (R)
    ▶️ 12 ELEVATED SINGLE LEG HIP THRUSTS (L)
    ▶️ 12 BENT OVER ROWS
    ▶️ 10 SEATED SQUATS
    ▶️ 12 DONKEY KICKS (R)
    ▶️ 12 DONKEY KICKS (L)
    1 MINUTE REST
    REPEAT 2 TO 3 MORE TIMES AND YOU'RE DONE!
    DON'T EVER NEGLECT DOING YOUR COOL DOWN right after doing your workout to avoid getting achy muscles the next day.
