Major props for installing that yourself! Looks like you have enough room to go even bigger on the tires! My Jeep also has 33s with a 2.5" Teraflex lift kit. Just FYI one problem I ran into, when I towed my teardrop camper for the first time after installing the lift, the sag on the rear suspension caused the new rear sway bar links to occasionally rub the wheel, especially when turning or going over bumps. The ones that came with my kit were ridiculously long, probably because they use the same ones for much higher lift kits. I ended up putting the stock end links back on, since the lift is only 2.5" they still work just fine. Wheel spacers would have been another solution, and I eventually did put 1.5" spacers on, just to kick the tires out from under the fenders a little bit. I notice you have a trailer hitch in some of your videos, so I thought I'd mention it. Now you need to get a set of JKS quicker disconnect sway bar links and you'll be rockin' and rollin!

Thank you! I truly do appreciate your words and the obvious care you always put into them! 😁 This install was definitely daunting at first but once I took the plunge into it, was simply challenge after challenge to get it done. A big job for sure but extremely rewarding doing it with your own hands and tools!
I am super happy with the 33s! I won't go any higher on my Jeep for a few reasons, fuel mileage, acceleration/power, and axle strength (I have a Dana 30 and 35 on the sport s).
The one thing I wish I did was have quick disconnects ready to install during this project, but I might be waiting to purchase a broken Rubicon swaybar to put a manual knob on, I'm considering my options still and will post a video on what I end up doing! These new swaybars are a tighter fit than stock with the bushings, so this will be encouraging me to make this change sooner rather than later.
I don't regularly tow yet, I did tow a uhaul cross country back in Feb, but I do plan on building a DIY harbor freight teardrop for camping in the future. I will keep this in mind definitely and watch for this the next time I am towing. Thank you for the heads up! Never would have known.
