I lose a hand full of hair every week and i am still surprised i have hair. So it might be normal to some, especially if you always wear twist, braids, have leave it be.
You can also try tea rinses, but remember shedding is normal 😊

Try combining your hair out before washing. if you do it the night before put them in twists or Braids

Omg!! You take care of your hair so well! Maybe that what I’m doing wrong. I just shampoo and conditioner but not put so much detail into it. No wonder my hair has so many split ends ( even though I don’t use any devices at all) and dried. I will try to put more work when it comes to my hair from now on.
Aww don’t be so hard on yourself babe! Sometimes our hair does need a little more TLC 🤗 I use my Saturday’s or Sunday’s as a “spa day” so my wash days are also like a release day💆🏽♀️🥰
