@@Aezandris No, it is not a pejorative in this instance. Like many words, it takes it's meaning from the situation. Bruno is a total cornball, and we love him for it. He is also a mad genius. And, if I might be so bold, a bit of a nerd. Virtually everything I have made from this channel over the years is perfect. I don't alway achieve the same perfection visually, but the flavor profile is perfect. If you haven't already, try is ratatouille and his tart St. Tropezienne. You will never make Diplomat Cream any other way again.

I got the snap! I actually got the snap! I made the truffles per your recipe - no alcohol - and the filling is amazing. I was nervous about tempering the chocolate for the outside of the truffle, but... I followed your instruction exactly. Not only did I get the snap, I also got the shiny finish! Yea for me! Now all I need are those nifty chocolate dipping fork thingies, and I'm all set.

@@TonySLocks c'est surtout hyper bon.. Je mets un peu plus de sel dans la ganache, et une fois poudré les truffes je les finis avec qq grains de sea salt (si trop gros, passez les un peu au mortier). Et avec beaucoup d'amour aussi... 😍
