I'm thinking something like this would take any cake to the next level. Truly a magnificent creation. But it gets me to wondering; if I wanted to do some white swans with the chocolate swans, what sort of ingredients could I substitute?
Just a guess but pâte à choux is usually of a light colour when you dont add cocoa powder, so maybe just regular pâte à choux and white chocolate, and you can keep the same fillings.
