- This is the EASIEST and MOST DELICIOUS garlic cheese bread recipe!
180ml Warm milk
12g white sugar 1tbsp
3g active dry yeast 1tsp
250g all-purpose or bread flour 1+2/3cups
3g salt 1/2tsp
15g olive oil or melted butter 1tbsp
15g garlic
15g green onion
30g softened unsalted butter
a pinch of salt
mozzarella cheese
At 356 F/180 C bake for 20-25 minutes
1cup=250ml 1tbsp=15ml 1tsp=5ml

I am glad I managed to bake a tasty, healthy and delicious garlic bread today. Thank you for the recipe! As a novice, I was confused how long to wait for the dough to rise. I waited 20 minutes and saw it rose. For those wanted to know the taste, I would describe it to be less sweet, salty and gentle to the tongue. The texture is airy and bouncy. Overall total time of making, waiting and baking would be an hour.
