The volatility of garlic's chemistry make it such a flexible ingredient. You can have several different preparations of garlic in the same dish and each is functionally a different ingredient, flavor wise, each having its own usefulness. Be it confited or dried, it's an outstanding substance. I love seeing you use multiple preparations in a single dish.

Due to the reduced amount of bread, the recipe had to be divided by 4, so one stick of butter, a tablespoon of cheese, 2 cloves of garlic, and a tablespoon of parsley. Made the traditional recipe tonight with my fiancee for her mother. They both asked me to comment that it was awesome and the best they've had!
A wise man once taught me to make some homemade garlic bread
I just make very big #chocolate #doughnuts #topping and #chocolate #cream apple #filling

I feel like he watches Babish Culinary Universe for some of his ideas, and vice versa with Babish watching his videos.
Hell yeah it's good that they learn from each others style and techniques!!
Or perhaps they are the same person in different bodies.....
@@kirarussom5780 😂😂😂
And they all watch me for real inspiration.
Hell Yeah! They're Buds. 🤠
Bro love the channel and the pure passion for cooking and how easy and fast you make it look
Me thinking about how horrified Josh would be if he knew that our “lazy garlic bread” is bread with butter and garlic powder 🤭
ill make this worse, toast with margarine and garlic powder
mine is toast, butter and badly minced garlic thrown on the top. lil spicey cuz the garlic is r a w but its good
I guess that wouldn’t earn you a kiss from papa
Mine is always whatever bread is leftover, thrown in the toaster oven with butter and garlic powder. Usually ended up with leftover hamburger or hot dog buns.
I just did this for dinner. Except I used minced garlic that I had in the fridge. Mixed it with butter and slapped that on my bread and shoved it in the toaster. Just what I needed after making pasta
Can't be the only one who aggressively says "B ROLL!!" every time josh does....
since i found you i make the best garlic bread ever. the second version ultra classic. thanks!
You and babish made garlic confit in the same week, coincidence? I think not
It's funny how all the cooking youtubers seem to make the same foods all within the same time frame eh?
Josh Weissman 2021: "I hope you're eating more garlic bread"
Me: ...This man's alright
I did this and it just melted in my mouth it is so good but I’m 14 and love watching your videos
Bringing home the Garlic Bread.
Day 19 of asking Josh for a series where he shows us his gone wrongs and talks about what can go wrong while making his recipes, especially for the complicated ones.
I make herb butter just like yours then spread it on a loaf of French bread and cut it into 4 inch sections. I never thought of frying the bread first to make it crispier. My garlic bread always comes out softer than I like, so next time I'm going to crisp up the bread first. See I learned something new!
“This is now ascended to something better”
Umm excuse meeee? Are you saying that garlic bread isn’t nice?!?
He never said that.
