Thats great mate, be happy to hear how you getting on. Feel free to adjust reps and sets to your level. My advice to everyone, focus on the basics first, then play around once you feel confident. You will get and technique will improve. 14 day challenge is great fun, few tough workouts to go through. Keep me posted. P.s. to shift body fat, make sure you are in small calorie deficit, that would be something to look in to (+ training and movement)

Agree with you, KBs are great too for full body workouts and great way to fit in short and effective session. Keep pushing forward
