This is one of the best full body KB workouts. I think a few cardio sets thrown in there , to make it up to 25 mins, to keep the heart rate right up would also be amazing
I've been working through a lot of your videos Pavel and this 20 min one is by far one of your best. Would love to see a 30 min workout with no repeats!

This is my favorite workout. Of All Time! Ive done KB, dumbells, traditional gym, Martial arts, dancing, spinning, swimming you name it. And if I had tochoose one workout for the rest of my life, it would be this one. Thank you and Congrats Mr Pavel
Great workout , your kettlebell workouts are perfect for me who is relatively new to using kettlebells but still want a workout that is challenging. Well done 👍
quick question, my left arm cant control the kettlebell as well as my right and having concerns on doing overhead presses as the bell itself presses on my forearm causing bruising all the time, I tried adjusting where to hold the handle but the bruising just shifts its place, there always is bruising, no problems when doing cleans or even snatches, it only is in the over head presses, thank you
