    0:20 swing
    1:19 clean to squat (2 sides)
    3:21 walkout pushup (without k.)
    4:21 plank shoulder tap (without k.)
    5:20 half snatch (2 sides)
    7:20 clean to lunge (2 sides)
    9:21 h.r. pushup (without k.)
    10:20 hand to hang swing
    11:20 clean to press (2 sides)
    13:21 row to deadlift (2 sides)
    15:20 alt. dead clean
    16:20 plank pull through
    17:20 dead bug - pull over
    18:20 bike crunch (without k.)
    19:21 plank (without k.)

    Thanks Pavel, love how you always push through to the very end even when the 5 sec countdown timer starts. I need to train to push through in the last 5 secs.

      When I hear the timer start I tell myself I have to do one more which usually takes me through to after the time

    This is one of the best full body KB workouts. I think a few cardio sets thrown in there , to make it up to 25 mins, to keep the heart rate right up would also be amazing

    I've been working through a lot of your videos Pavel and this 20 min one is by far one of your best. Would love to see a 30 min workout with no repeats!

    This is my favorite workout. Of All Time! Ive done KB, dumbells, traditional gym, Martial arts, dancing, spinning, swimming you name it. And if I had tochoose one workout for the rest of my life, it would be this one. Thank you and Congrats Mr Pavel

    quick question, my left arm cant control the kettlebell as well as my right and having concerns on doing overhead presses as the bell itself presses on my forearm causing bruising all the time, I tried adjusting where to hold the handle but the bruising just shifts its place, there always is bruising, no problems when doing cleans or even snatches, it only is in the over head presses, thank you
