I will probably try mersey for codlin in winter. I was just wandering if rossal is any good for codlin and whitings in winter? It seems a very practical spot as you can pump few worms and fish over there.
Yes, you can catch codling from there, I have a couple of videos of catching them. I don't think many were caught last year, but in 2022 quite a few were caught. Yes, but it would have to be later in September, I've got a 4 day fishing trip at Chesil beach at the beginning of September. Plus it my anniversary in 2 weeks.
From Anglesey originally, but live in the North West at the moment. But I like fishing different venues.I'm off for four days at the beginning of September to fish Chesil beach.
Ok thanks for your reply I live in Warrington .but I fish by myself mostly I’ve got plenty of time because I am 71 and retired ,but the price of fuel and bait is a bit restrictive .keep up the great video,s I really enjoy them next best thing to being there Cheers Paul.
