I've done 10 miles 2 Saturday's in a row so I'm excited to put in more miles this year. I injured my foot running two years ago because I didn't slow adjust to the distance and went from nothing to all. I feel strong at 37.

I do a 4 mile in the morning and another 4 in the evening and I do a 16:8 intermittent fast and I am 31 and feel great.

No idea how you’re not sweating your ass off in that first workout with all that clothing on. I wear that plus mits for -10c and still sweat.
