Yes two a day runs. I run 8 miles day, four before work and four after both on the treadmill. Hopefully I see you at the LA Marathon. I’m not running but I’m going to support. I’ve told quite a few runners I know about you. So glad I came across your channel! You give me good running tips. I plan on running a marathon this year, but not sure which one. It would be my first. Tons of them here in CA

I have my first half in April. I have been losing weight with a better diet and now an increased workload. Having a hard time balancing that and injuries, but im trying!

Well, I have been watching you are videos for a while now. I am on my way to doing a couple Ironmans, marathons, and starting training for ultras. I noticed you haven't had any sort of long term goals for this year. Thought maybe you would want to meet up and start some training for this upcoming year. Im just a subscriber, looking for a youtuber. I dont care if anyone comes and joins us, so just let me know below, if not... its all good. Sometimes your feeling it, sometimes your not.

thats y im only trainning 1-2 times a week for running due to food i have limited amount of money i only got 6 weeks work in 2023
i started at 8 minutes in june now i can run 2 hours now
kinda addictive trainning cause i get ptsd thoughts of my past if im not running always being inside my home isnt healthy i find nice going for long run then walking back is nice i might start running at night sometimes now
but once i get more money for food i'l spend $120-$180 on food weekly to train 5-6 days a week running 3-4 days a week also i wana run high at times i find doing core work the worse as my mind trips alot bout dumb stuff when im holding planks is the worse i wana get me right strains too run high also & do long bike ride also im b able to get me equipment like bike & accessories & for pre workout & post workout items for recovery & getting me a car to travel 30 minutes to popular running trails & also joing events & run in such events as im sick of looking for work 500+ applications calls,texts,emails for work got nothing i just wana start doing content within 1 week of running & other things
but definitly diet for running is important as i get super hungry & bad sugar cravings after it is y im limiting my runs for now
anyways samon i thought was a good choice as u had some pizza there with meat
I'm a beefer myself. I will not be running Austin but I will be down there to observe. I am running my first marathon end of February in Fort Worth called Cowtown Marathon so I want to see Austin to get an idea of what to expect even though Austin is a bigger race.
red meat is good but I try not to eat that much of it
I bet you watched Arnold’s blueprint or whoever gave you the advice to have one gram of protein per pound. That’s what I do because of that

You might eat 190g of protein a day...but a lot of that is waste...the body only absorbs 30g of protein per meal (1-2 hour span). 4 meals you're looking at 120g of protein digested...so to think you're actually using all that protein is inaccurate...but protein does help you stay lean so that's 1 benefit to the high amounts...but that's about it.
Why in the hell are you eating fat and protein to run a marathon? Absolutely insane. You need to be lean to be a serious runner thats high carb Low fat Vegan diet.
