DSG gearbox is loud in the cupra but the one I test drove wasn't that loud... about a week until I take delivery of it, ill probably forget I posted here by then

I have a new seat leon fr and i have also the same problem The ignition is on but the gears are not shifting and the car is not starting Can pls anyone tell me how can i fix it I got the appointment by seat after 2 weaks
Its not normal because i checked multiple cupra cars and there was no sound, i took it to a workshop there must be a light when they change the solonuite, if you could check your car and help me with the issue I'll be thankfull..

It’s the parking lock on the transmission engaging and then releasing nothing to worry about if it’s a problem get them to look at it 😊
There's nothing wrong, its the vw group shift by wire, and all the cars that have the same systen sounds like that
The start engine button is flashing which means the engine hasn't even been started, so not point in trying to engage a gear until it has :-)

Yeah it makes a small noise when putting into park.
I've had mine for a year now. Still enjoying the turbo 😅
Always push the P button with the hand break ON, and pressing the brake pedal.
Have a vz too mine also makes this sound, think it's just how this car is 😅

That sounds is normal, nothing to worry about. It has something to do with the parking mode the gearbox goes into

Nothing to worry about according to Cupra. I do think this should not happen, is just poor engineering. But it's not broken or anything.

Your sou d us no good something is broken i drive a cupra formentor 245 hp vz and mine dont do that
