Pretty quick car an looks amazing, love the sound inside in cupra mode sounds like a v8 sound , amazing what they can do piping sound thru speakers in cars now lol, im all for it, not everyone can afford or wants a v8, nice colour that matt blue , be even nicer in green with bronze accents 👌👍🏴

Very nice review. One question, when you connect the cupra mode (mode hybrid), the “cupra sound” only sounds with the combustion engine? Doesn't it sound in the initial seconds that the electric motor works, for example when you are stopped and it starts to move? Thanks!

Interesting the Formentor VZe in Australia doesn’t get the start and mode buttons on the steering wheel, only the VZx does.
In Ukraine none of them has. Just the multimedia and cruise

It's not my car, it's a press car. I only had it for a day.
Very strange engine “sound”, clearly a sound generator, but ridiculous that it is made to sound like a V8 in “Cupra” mode
It’s actually a 5 cylinder engine it’s emulating.
You can turn it off if you want
I love the sound. I have this car and it’s definitely adds to the sense of drama when driving in Cupra mode.
I can understand people being snobbish about it when they have a Porsche or V6/8/10 in their garage. But most of us don’t, this is all we have and I for one am fine with it.
