Seems like that place could hold some decent lil treasures.....I'm glad you said NEON MILLER sign. Cause if you would of said PABST BLUE RIBBON ----Id been there lol. Tell your boy to get some batteries lol.....just fooling 😁 Great video bud 👍🏼 Can't wait for the next one !!
I'd guess someone elderly lived there&family left just have left it. Definitely squatters now though. Some really cool antiques hiding under the mess. The house looks pretty structurally sound. I'd buy it&flip or rent it, has tons of potential
Yeah, I am always surprised when you go into these places that you don't run into the people living in these run down houses. It did look like people were living there. You'd think they'd try to clean it up a bit! I was also thinking that maybe some older people lived there once upon a time and died, leaving it all to whomever.
They need to get a job n pay their bills....we Americans need to STOP putting up with this crap its theft and if they were scammed its called recieving stolen property! If it were a car the cop wouldnt say well he needs to keep it for now take him to court!
We don't know their story. These could be people who are recycling or reclyers that collect items to resell for extra cash to survive. They are probably out working at fast food or other low wage jobs during the day. Housing is very expensive.
Anybody else ever wonder if they ever come across bones or other decomposing bodies that have been there forever!?! I pay extra attention. To bathrooms beds and other areas like that as kitchen or garage where elderly could have fallen and never been found. Any water damage looks like home has been ransacked looks like a family with kids lived here but the elderly potty in the one room screams grandma lived here too looks abandoned for the last 20 years I would say. I saw two guitars so men lived there too
Like some others have said, there's some desirable pieces of furniture etc in a lot of the buildings you guys check out. I saw some beautiful walnut panels with stained glass windows in one of the buildings a few videos ago. What a waste.
A Tour would be awesome, and to hear the squatter's story would be great Tony. Another great video.

Gwar Richmond I am always waiting for a squatter to clock him in the head for coming into their house.

I had the same thoughts about finding bodies - the very reason I came to read comments and was going to post something about it.
