I agree. He does have a big heart. That's really hard to find these Days. Neal. Those engine could be worth big bucks. I paid ten grand for the motor in my 1969 AMC AMX 390 GO PACK BUT WORTH EVERY PENNY BROTHER. NEAL APOLLO BEACH FLORIDA THANKS
Alex Archbold: Buys an unknown house. Proceeds to donate to relief programs, family, and local used stores to help a wide array of people. And still makes a profit. The world needs more people like you, Alex. And your family.
Alex you are a man to be admired and saluted! The way you think of other people when cleaning out these houses goes above and beyond what any other person would do. Most people having outlaid the sort of cash you did would be trying hard to get their principal back with a decent profit. But not you!! You are looking out for refugees, family and friends. That’s something very special Alex! In all the time l have watched yourself and family it never ceases to surprise me what a great human being you are. The perfect role model for the next generation. Alex l stand and salute you. You deserve as many accolades as you can get. Well done. Bravo. And on behalf of those who receive your generosity l say a big thankyou. You probably will never know just how special you are although l hope you get some inkling!!
I feel like he has reached a level of wealth where he only cares about high value items. It just isn't worth his time or effort to sell every scrap he finds.
😅i Repeat it's not a dirt bike it's an "Enduro " a crosscountry dirt road or highway..Not designed to jump or be a dirt bike it is to heavy it has a different build then a dirt bike lights headlamp blinkers all make it heavy .they are just light duty hills and highway dirt roads to paved roads..I took mine from Alaska to WA.state many times this one's valued at more then ten becausr its rare in this condition.
There are angels among us and Alex you are one of them. That is why you enjoy buying (rescuing) these items. And helping people in need without standing in judgment. Bless you good man.
Love that you can confer with your kids on what items are, knowledge comes in a range of ages. If those snowboards are Rossignol, they should have decent value. Back in the day (80’s) Rossignol was considered a sought after brand. I believe they still are. I’m glad to see that many of contents of this home are being used to give back to others. Based on what’s there it appears this owner was fairly young, which is sad. Your purchasing the home is a good send off for him, feeding many of his belongs into the lives of others, is certainly a blessing. Alex, your family is exactly what this world needs, such warm hearts.
This house is perfect as for gifting. There is something for everyone. Donating to help ease another’s life that has been in turmoil is at the top of the list! Thank you. We never know how help to another might be what propels them in an upward trajectory! The gentleman who owned this home had no idea how many people his collections were going to help. Bless him and all involved. ♥️🙏🏻♥️
The man who passed away had, good taste, top quality items, but he sure knew how to have some fun! You are a Super-man, with your generosity! God Bless you and your family's help! GBU.,SM.,NZ.,✌❤🙂🤟🙏
It makes me so happy every time I see a new episode. I love watching these episodes because of how kind and caring your family is and for the fun treasures. This show is a treasure too!
Thank you Alex and family. If any of us ever need an example that there is good left in the world, we can pull up one of your videos. Again, thank you for helping others while also providing for your family.
I started watching you, the beer bottle that Austin found is called a clothes sprinkle, we used it to wet clothes before ironing them, brings back a lot of memories, I wish I still had one, I'm 76 years old that's how I remember it
I‘m again and again in awe because of your empathy and generosity. You are the living proof that one can live a decent life and make money without being focused only on maximizing profits. God bless you and your wonderful family!
I love when it becomes a family project It must be fun at times for the kids. Especially if they find something they'd enjoy. Thanks for being good people and donating like you do. You will surely make others very happy.
Spread the good dead everybody! Why not do a couple good deeds today for someone? Smile at a stranger, let the car infront of you merge, compliment the grocery clerk on her efficiency or nails or help. Call you Mother.
Helping out and giving back is ALWAYS rewarding!! Alex, you have always been a very helpful and thoughtful person. 💚💙🌱 Its a good thing you've got some strong sons to help you out. I've helped move tool boxes... THEY ARE HEAVY!!
Alex you are exactly what this world needs. Caring, helpful, and giving. God is quite pleased with you. I’m so happy to see that your children and wife are right by your side helping.
I've been subscribed for a while, and something that has become clear to me is that you are a genuinely good person, and you surround yourself with good, kind-hearted, hardworking people as well. I really enjoy going on these adventures with you and seeing you discover new treasures. But what really keeps me around is that you and your family and friends are such good people, and I really want to see more of that in my life.
So glad to see the kids there! It’s like a Treasure Hunt every time! Kudos for helping anyone who needs it! What goes around comes around! Good luck on this adventure!
Alex you continue to be blessed because you are a blessing first to anyone with the properties/belongings. You go through the spaces with such grace and class. Very respectful. Secondly, you are never about greed and yes, it's totally okay to make a profit, it's your job after all. Plus your passion to help others, to pay it forward is so refreshing. I love love love that your children are learning this great example from both you and Melissa. I simply say thank you for all you do and for who you are. You are very authentic. I'm just sorry I never got the time to get down to the store before you sold it. I truly wanted to shake your hand and thank you in person.... if ever you open another store in Edmonton, I'll be there
Clean-out is off to a good start. As usual you have wonderful, generous plans to help anyone you can through reuse and repurposing That trailer will soon pay for itself. Nice to see the whole family pitching in together
So wonderful to consider your helpful genorisity to people in need. I am find now but yrs ago as a young mother left widowed, hard times. Appreciate consideration, kindness, and love😊
Love your introduction in this video. You are so resourceful and compassionate. A extraordinary role model for your children and other young people. Melissa your encouragement for your husbands projects is angelic. You are a treasure. Greetings from England
Sad but happy at the same time, as the house was surely home for a young person, at least around my age. But you transform this loss in something positive for you, your belongings and some others in need. You’re a good soul Alex 😊
There is an engine in that Ford. If you look at the front wheel wells, you'll see that the gap around the tire is quite even. If there was no motor, there would be a lot more room above the tire due to no engine weight on the springs.
Excited for you finding so many useful gizmos. That engine lift has to be a pretty penny new. Also, congrats on getting your own trailer! I think that will save a lot of wasted money on rentals over time! Maybe you can keep a truck hooked up to it so its always ready to go. Every day is like Christmas with these deals you do, so fun.
I love the respect you and your wife and even your children show going through this man's home. I am glad this man enjoyed life. Fishing, snow boarding, riding bikes and motorcycles. Plus he had the fun games, etc to play. So many tools. My Son would love yo go through all of them.
Jason is sure your not so mini me. Love the searching part. Cannot wait to see what is in tubs, boxes and drawers. Thank you for helping others not as fortunate as yourself.
😁👋👍👍👏👏💕🙏🏻 Alex I absolutely love (and I don't use that word lightly) how generous you and your wife are. Not just gifting to your friends and loved ones. But also gifting to complete strangers. Trying to help the people in our world have a better life. I really hope others will notice. And help in ways they can. My husband and I shared our love, care, family, home and friends. With 30+ foster children. On our dime not the governments. It was who God brought to us. Other than that we also volunteered endless hours. On projects big and small as well as our time. In different areas were people were needed. My husband still helps when he can. I am palliative care so I am unable to do as before. I pray God continues to bless you and your's.
Hi Alex, been watching you and your lovely family for a couple of years now! So nice to see you giving back ! It's so important for us all to do when we can! Stay safe! Senior Lady in Nova Scotia!
There may not be silver bars in this house, but there is definitely a silver lining! Lots of good coming out of sharing the items with those in need, friends and family. Still feeling sad for the apparently young life gone too soon, but at least his things will be put to good use. ❤❤❤
This simple contents purchase may not be on the level of the Musicians house, but you'll get your money back and then some with just the vehicles alone. Add in all the tech, tools and leisure equipment and it's a decent return on your investment and work. More than anything I am glad so much of it will end up back in circulation and not dumped in landfill to rot. Well done Alex and fam :)
That Harley is beautiful hopefully it will start and run with no bumps to stall it. I am glad that you decided to help other people with their needs i.e. bed, furniture, clothing etc. You have a wonderful day
Looking through the items lead me to believe that the deceased left in the prime of life and not in his sunset years. This is interesting as I also frequent estate sales and the like yet it saddens me to consider that the owner still had many years yet to experience.
Good to see you in the groove again cleaning out this home lots of treasures for your new home and for others I heard the song in my head when u started talking about the Ford's and the Chevy lol so amazing what u do for your family defenetly a mechanic outdoorsy man that liked gaming that once was owend these items so reminds me of someone in my family ...keep up with the good work you and your family doo!
As I watch this, I feel sad for the poor man who owned all these things and had a family that wasn't interested enough to come and take care of his things themselves. I see a life here, the things that made this man, and perhaps anothers, life what it was. It is wonderful that you are using some of these things to help others and I'm sure they will be very grateful to you. However, it really does make me sad that this was this mans whole life, and it has taken a complete stranger to him to sort things out and clean the place up. I would have wanted to be there, if for no other reason, to keep something of his that had meaning to him, and in the process meaning to me. Anyway, thank you for sharing some of his things with those who need help.
Awesome! You did find money and a watch! Great finds. You and Melissa have such generous hearts, I’m so happy to support your efforts by being apart of your channel. Stay safe, warm and healthy! Sending wishes of joy, happiness, peace and prospect from my little acre on the Mountain top in Tennessee to your acreage in Edmonton . Fran
Alexander you and Melissa are such good people. Anybody that says anything against you should be ignored because they don’t really know you. OMG Jason is your clone. He is turning into an Alexander as he gets older. 🥰keep up the good work. We are all behind you and cheering you on. Donna/Northern Michigan/USA
Glad you got a trailer. I’m sure you will get a lot of use out of it. It could also be a good marketing tool. ❤You could get a nice decal on it advertising curiosity Inc. and how to reach you. I’m surprised you don’t think that there’s much value in the Ford pick up truck. It looks like it is in pretty decent shape. In the US used pick up trucks, even with rust, aren’t cheap anymore.
What a fun job. My husband is a colt specialist gun dealer in Arizona. He gets lots of good consignments. I know Canada took away your buying/selling gun rights but I bet you find interesting relics. He’s also been able to bless others with his expertise and success. You remind me of him. God is good even in these evil days.
I can't stop wondering if the owner died or is in jail. The stuff seems to be for a youngish man. Forgive my prurient intrest.interest. just occurred to me, could this be stolen , especially the electronics?
The owner was 60 when he died. The bank said his only relative is overseas. There was some mention about his son being in his 20-30’s. No one wants to die young. I believe that the man would be proud to see his possessions handled with respect and dignity. I also think he would be proud that his furniture and household items was able to make such a positive impact on the Ukrainian families who were displaced by the war. What a wonderful legacy of hope and humanity to share. ❤
I do not think I have seen a man like you ever in my life! Brandon told me you were a good guy . :) I have never met a man as nice or as thoughtful as you! You have been raised to care for others. And that is the best quality a person could have. You have a good looking young man there as well. :) Your children will pass on your qualities to their children just as you pass them onto your children. You and your family are amazing and I wish you all the very best always!
I love how generous you are in giving to others in need. You deserve to make a profit on the things that you keep because of how caring you are to others.😊 love watching your videos 😊
This place is loaded with quality items..🤔 You could say jackpot..😝😉 From car's,trucks,Harley Davidson to dirt bikes etc..😍😲 That's not to mention all the video game systems games and cash also collectable's.. Congrats on such a fantastic score.. Take care..👍💕🔥😉👊
It must've been a pretty young person who died? It's more sad to see video games and training gear than really old stuff. Always interesting to watch your videos! Great that stuff can be reused than end up in a landfill.
You're a good soul, Alex. Sometimes the profit isn't in cash.
Amen 💯
So very true and thank you for the wise post.
💜
So true. Alex exemplifies everything a small business owner should be.
If you have 20k to blow and a video to make up for the monetary losses sure haha
You’re a good man Alex and you helping others will always come back to enhance your life.

According to my research that Hercules dirt bike is worth about 10K in that condition. Excellent find, Alexander.
A 125 sold this year at auction in Las Vegas for $6600, U.S., so, if that's a 350, $10,000 would be about right.
That bike was almost pristine. I'm sure he'll do well on it.

@LatteLove I read the post on the community tab.
@@kirstylouiserob I'm not surprised. I commented in the previous video this could have been my house (hypothetically). My husband is 61.

Yes, absolutely. I still book that as self-deprecating humor.
I snorted with laughter at that one.

Giant wallet too!
I’m impressed the vehicles all started. The garage may have been cluttered but no real trash or hoarding junk. Same with house. ❤
YOU HAVE FOUND A JACKPOT WITH THIS HOUSE AND EVERYTHING THAT GOES WITH IT!!! CONGRATS AND GOD BLESS 🥳
I always marvel at the fact that you are able to go through all those items without becoming overwhelmed. I get tired just watching.
Compared to previous clean-outs, this is an easy one. 🙂

I’m surprised you don’t think that there’s much value in the Ford pick up truck. It looks like it is in pretty decent shape. In the US used pick up trucks, even with rust, aren’t cheap anymore.
That's truck would be an easy $10,000 here in the states right now.
You are such a good person. Giving back.
"My muffler stopped muffling" Yep, it did. 😄
OMG.. Jason is your twin..
Your such a kind person
You are such a kind soul. I really admire your attitude and values.
Your family is absolutely lovely inside and out. You all must be so proud of each other. I’m just an observer and I am beyond proud of all of you!❤
What a fun job. My husband is a colt specialist gun dealer in Arizona. He gets lots of good consignments. I know Canada took away your buying/selling gun rights but I bet you find interesting relics. He’s also been able to bless others with his expertise and success.
You remind me of him. God is good even in these evil days.
This house makes me a little bit sad to be honest. 😢 You are good to be helping so many people with the contents though!
I can't stop wondering if the owner died or is in jail. The stuff seems to be for a youngish man. Forgive my prurient intrest.interest. just occurred to me, could this be stolen , especially the electronics?
@@theresacarmen9847I have to admit the same thoughts crossed my mind!
The yng man died. I find it strange why it looked like his belongings where all ready gone through.
Wow! Such a commendable act! Helping others, and setting a great example for your kids.
Being a car guy I think you hit the jackpot with the tools, compressor etc. Once you get settled and sorted do a video on the tools you got.
Love that Hercules dirtbike💯

Nice finds today.....coins are always good! Cha-ching!
You have such a good heart and generous nature. I have no doubt that is the secret to your successful, happy life!
