There is prominence of both Hiller shadows with prominent vascular markings on lower zones
Fibrosis noted in right mid zone : s/o old infection

I had been to x-ray few months ago and there are findings. The doctor told me that l have "suspicious apical (L) densities. They suggest that l will take another test and the second test says "No discernable upper lobe infiltrates" what does it mean?

Sir, sent you a mail today to clarify some reports. I have seen 2 doctors one has suspected Tuberculosis through CT but the other denies, I am very confused.
Please check the mail, It will be really helpful to know your view as a radiologist on those reports.

@@SANKABISKEGAN hopefully you'll find good guidance, in my case after seeing 3 doctors they have found no active tuberculosis.
I would like to ask, how are you doing now sir? What was your correct diagnosis?
@@SANKABISKEGAN I am all fine now, the doctors said that there's now way to tell about if it could turn active in next 10-15 years. A big part of world population is exposed to tuberculosis and it could become active if the immune system weakens over time

Thick walled cavity with adjacent nodular densities in superior segment of left lower lobe.Small tree in bud nodular densities in left lingular lobe.

Doc I have pulmonary tuberculosis.rightside upper.wht medicine to take or herbal?
go to government hospital near you and start taking anti tb drugs according to weight as dr prescribe for 6 months
Quantiferone TB Gold= Positive
Mantoux= Positive
Sputum= Negative
Chest X-Ray= Negative. Helo doctor I had just recently found out that I had TB and I did this following test I feel very upset coz I got good job opportunities and I still got but I’m worried now as they will do all the test and I was ask to visit pulmonologist and he mentioned it’s not yet active in my body but here was given me advice to take medicine and now a days I feel little bit pain in chest and I don’t have any others symptoms if I press my chest I feel little bit pain if I cough it doesn’t pain but I don’t have coughing as well any advice plz
