I just got back from Manila and I had no cash when I was at the airport. I went to a fast food place in the baggage checkin area only to find they didn’t take credit cards. A Filipina saw that I couldn’t buy a burger and insisted that she buy me a burger. What a nice country and wonderful people.
no matter how hard the life of Filipinos is. when you go to their house, even if they are poor, they will let you use their most special blanket. which they don't use and only for special guests. That’s how we follow the culture of our country. Enjoy it.
I agree. all beautiful plates, spoon and glasses are taken out from display cabinet when we have visitors- foreign or locals. Special food are being served. we want our visitors to feel special.
As I was surfing the UA-cam Chanel on living in the Philippines, I came across your channel and I was impress on how you speak great things about the country. When it comes to Filipino conversation, there are no boundaries. They are always friendly with strangers or newcomers. They want a newcomer to feel at home. Very unique to Filipinos culture.
As a Filipino living in a foreign country, I can really feel how friendly, warm, and hospitable our culture is. Our country may not be as perfect or as wealthy as other countries, but I am immensely proud to be a Filipino for being so hospitable, warm, and resilient in the face of any challenges which we might encounter. I adore my native Philippines and its people. Mabuhay ang mga Pilipino at mabuhay ang Philippines!
The Filipinos' love language is eating, you will certainly be invited with "Kaon Ta!" or "Kain Tayo". It is most respectful to accept just a little bit even if you have eaten. We love it when our guest/s or strangers eat and we love them more if they eat more.
The Philippines is the best place where you can be alone if you want and if you are alone, you will never feel lonely because we are the friendliest people in the planet. I assure you that. Have a good day Jonathan. 😍🙂😎

Another Amazing video Jonthan, everywhere you go you attract people, the funny part in the video is when you meet those family or group people by the beach, you mention to that guy that Filipinos are the most hospitable people in the Word, but it was lost in translation. He thought you said he went to the hospital, hahaha that was the funny part about it.. Enjoy and have fun in the Philippines Jonathan..Philippines Joathan🇵🇭 ☺🏖 🏝 🌴 ♥.
I think the reason the locals love chatting with Foreigners more than the Filipino local vloggers is that Foreigners are more social and interactive as opposed to locals who are more subtle and more passive in terms of socialising with locals and less conversational. To this, I add that locals love to see Foreigners reactions on Filipino specialties and local delicacies. Locals gravitate to you as you have such a charismatic, engaging, smiling, happy and approachable personality which is awesome. Wishing you well in your vlogs and Godspeed always!

You might come across some Filipinos hesitant to use their English and laugh that they’re getting a ‘nosebleed’ - while they’re struggling with their English. Love these videos. Thank you.
Lol! I met 2 travellers from NYC just today, I was chatting with them for an hour! Ha ha!
Not all foreiners are treated as such. Your aura and demeanor will dictate how local filipinos will approach and treat you. Rule of thumb is, be friendly and lighthearted.
Have a nice day man.
Thank you! You too!
This is a rocket! amazing
a rocket? What do you mean? haha
Hi Jonathan, what beach was that where you met all these people? Around what time of the day?
Sunday is always the best day for it! Many people are off work and come from the cities to the beaches to enjoy their day off with family! That was around Dumaluan beach in Panglao where I met everyone.
Your vlogs are all entertaining..:-) Cannot help smiling while watching..keep it up Jonathan.
Yes, Filipinos are chatty and happy people.
Halo fren.new subscribers from baguio City I injoy watching ur video hav fan
Come here in Luzon Jonathan🤗
I’d love to!
Shout out is nice being solo, in Bohol so Beautiful balik balik ka sa Bohol..Jonathan remember Pilipino is very friendly..hahaha Jonathan they're very funny for hospitalizations 🏥 not in the hospital but abolaryo, that Mani is very funny.
Jonathan, as far as I know, foreign nationals are only allowed to buy condo units, not a house and lot. When you choose a location, avoid places that are struck frequently by typhoons.
yes he is from SAN FRANCISCO, CAMOTES ISLAND
Nice vlog 👌 👍 awsome travel 😉😊 someday 😀 😊 I can use a tour guide 😀
G'day Jono. I always enjoy your videos. I've lived in Cebu City for almost six years now, and I'd love to travel around more but I work full-time here. Keep the videos coming, mate.
