Four "healthy" habits that held me back in friendship

- Here is a second class on advice that doesn't apply in every situation. So much advice is touted as general advice, as if they address imbalances that everyone has. These are three habits that are promoted to everyone because the people who give us advice assume that we are all doing great in friendship, and that we need more focus in other areas of our life in a way that pulls attention and effort away from our friendships. These habits by themselves are good, but we need to evaluate our own lives to know which way we need to add balance. My first class on the subject describes four other pieces of advice to ignore to level up in friendship:

The healthy habits:
1. Communicating in your romantic relationships 0:10
2. Processing your feelings through journaling 2:09
3. Not oversharing 3:21
4. Not trauma dumping 4:17
And one habit from my family that I unsuccessfully rejected, but I now know I can implement in a more helpful way:
