Hi Mark, Ethan (at chasintails605.com) let me know that Penny is the last of her blood line but indicated that he has breeding rights for the future/that he'd be sending those details along but it's been a few days & suspect he's been busy. I'm not well-versed in this arena so I can only guess that this might mean he can / will be able to breed her.
