Big Dakota Pheasants, Day 1

It was exceptional pheasant hunting on this day with the Chasin’ Tails 605 fishing and hunting guide service in the big country of Waubay, South Dakota. Up to this point, I had never hunted with a guide, so the next few days were quite a treat.
The plan was to hunt for 2 days with Ethan followed by 3 days of fishing with Joe for Walleye, jumbo Perch, Crappie and Northerns but mother nature changed things. This is the 1st in a 3-part series about my experience during this trip that I’ll never forget and hopefully repeat every year for the rest of my life.

Hi Mark, Ethan (at chasintails605.com) let me know that Penny is the last of her blood line but indicated that he has breeding rights for the future/that he'd be sending those details along but it's been a few days & suspect he's been busy. I'm not well-versed in this arena so I can only guess that this might mean he can / will be able to breed her. You may like to reach out to him directly through their website, as I don't want to miscommunicate anything. Thanks Mark, and hope this is helpful.
