Oh my god. I have been crying and crying because I found out yesterday evening, and some people might say that I don't know him and shouldn't cry for him BUT I DID KNOW HIM!!😭😭
He was a teacher in my school for 3 years and he taught me maths for 1 year and a half. He was one of the humblest, kindest, sweetest, best teacher ever and there are more great words to describe him. He left school this Easter and he retired to pursue his dream and his dream was to be a motorcyclist. 💜
He was amazing. He inspired lots of people in my school and even inspired me. At school today, we paid a tribute to him and I was crying before it started and even after it ended.
Everyone in my school wrote lots of amazing, great things about Mr. Rouse ( that's what we call him at school ). After everyone finished, the principal took our papers and said that he will make a book and send it to his family so that they remember him.
I have cried so much, I can't cry anymore. I know he was just a teacher to some people but he was a teacher and like a parent to most of us in the school.💗
If us students in the school cried that much, imagine how his family must be at the moment. Once again, he was the best ever teacher and sportsman to ever exist.😭😭
    He was only 26..😭
I will include him and all of his family in my prayers, My condolences goes to his family and friends.

    Rest in Peace, Chrissy Rouse
I am so sorry that your career was cut so tragically short. It's easy to tell how riding was what you lived for and I'm sorry you never got to race as much as you clearly deserved to.

Found Chasing the racing about a year ago!
Lucky enough to be able to listen to podcasts in work,so probably got through 70% of them.Only heard on the Monday about Chrissy's accident, and hoped, like everyone else that it would just be a glitch in his career.
Whilst in work on that Thursday,to read that he had passed, was devastating, and still is!
Someone said on one of the many groups that have paid tribute to him,
"It's like losing a mate that you've never met"
    And I couldn't agree more.
People always chastise the next generation!
But Chrissy was obviously one of those exceptions, that transcends Time!
    RIP Brother,you will be missed.

Such a lovely lad. I have so much respect for himself, Dom and all the other lads who are giving it everything on a shoestring budget. He clearly loves what he does. His enthusiasm when he's talking about bikes is infectious. Hopefully they both get top spec bikes at some point. With Chrissys results you'd think BMW would throw him a bone. And it's hard to understand why Dom had to get his own bike to race the TT. He could podium on a good bike. Hopefully next year someone will step up for these guys. Love chasin the racin. Best pod by far. Thanks.

I’ve put off watching this until now because I knew I’d find this incredibly sad.
I lost my brother to and accident when he was 27 and also nearly died myself in a bike accident just over 2 years ago, so know the pain his family are in.
This was a great watch though and he seemed such a tremendous character. He was actually racing for my mates team in BSB so have been keeping a close eye on him ever since he joined Crowe Performance in the Super stock. I also loved all the podcasts he and Dom did, they produced some excellent interviews and I hope Dom can continue this with someone to carry this on in his memory, maybe call it the Chrissy Cast?
RIP to Chrissy and I know his family will get through this, just like my family eventually did after my brothers passing, but I send you all the love and light in the world to help you all cope. Xx
