- 🔥 Today’s push workout was intense! Check out the full session with a detailed voiceover explaining each move:
Arsenal Bench Press: 2 sets
Flys: 2 sets
Unilateral Pulldowns: 2 sets
Hoist Row: 2 sets
Rear Delt Machine: 2 sets
Single Arm Triceps Pressdowns: 2 sets
Incline DB Row: 2 sets
Wrapped up with 7-way hip and some mobility work - usually my warm-up, but mixed it up today.
Feeling strong and pain-free! 💥
Current bodyweight: 208lbs. Office duties and meetings have cut down on my daily walks, but still coaching 1-2 hours daily.

Can’t stand cities but the 1 pro is there’s probably a gym with these sweet machines! The individual lat pull-down machine, hack squat, hammer strength machines are only a wish where I am.

@@TigerFitness I’ve done similar to that over the years. At 51 years old I find myself doing what makes me the happiest. The program that gets me excited for the gym. It may not be the most optimal, but definitely the most enjoyable at that time. Thanks for all of the info over the years. 💪👍
