With the first one, considering the crap that karen already did, having copies of those documents somewhere outside of the house that the OP can access such as in a bank or similar would be a good idea rather than dealing with something like the psycho demolishing the house and leaving the documents lost
that story is extremely fake. None of it made any sense, in particular a "soundproof fence"? I mean, what kind of kid wrote this?
Story #1. I've read too many versions of this story for me to believe them all.
7:35 up until this point, I was almost certain this was a from one of my ex co-workers. But the place didn't even run for 5 years before they got shut down for tax evasion. That was a fun tax season 🙄

About the story about HS the estranged sister, OP was right to block this nonsense. 17 years is too long to still consider HS as a relative, as well as the other relatives she hasn't seen since she was kicked out.
OP sounds P.O.ed at that side of her estranged family, which is normal due to what was done to her. So she is correct to keep that side of the family out of her life.
Story two epic revenge
Sister one all the others do not want her either, tell them that she is related to them, so they should have her by them, as you are not related to her other than by accident, and she and the egg donor should figure it out yourself.

Double shipment story:
Had a guy order pizza where i worked but wanted to order food for 2 different addresses.

NEVER EVER KEEP your deed, trust, land grants in your HOME and sure as hell not in a desk.

Those documents need to be in a safe deposit box and make copies, original in the safe deposit box, copy in your fire proof box/safe in your home.
NEVER leave ORIGINAL documents like that in your home, desk drawer.
