I’d grab the microphone at the “party” and start telling everyone to leave and don’t come back. “Karen is the one who is trespassing and illegally using my land, so BLAME HER for this. Oh and Happy Birthday young lady, sorry your mother is psycho!”

I learned years ago never to know my neighbors
If someone else wanted to use my back yard for a party, it would require at least 3 things:
1. They would have to ask NICELY well in advance and I would of course need to give them permision.
2. Myself and my family would need to be included/invited.
3. Within the next few days(1-3 depending on the size) it would need to be cleaned up so it looks as if there had not been a party to begin with.
Of all these, nr. 1 is THE MOST IMPORTANT OF THEM ALL.
Big fences always make good neighbors.

Hmm. Is a warrant required for a specific room once they have been given permission to enter the house by a resident?
If the room is locked, then yes, they need a warrant to enter, even if allowed into a house. Any locked spaces (bedrooms, safes, etc) need individual warrants enumerating the spaces they are allowed to access.
Not a lawyer nor do I play one on TV but generally a landlord can't give permission of a tenant's space. Most likely Chloe had an arrest warrant in her name with the assault and property damage and once cops have that they have the ok to go in. The stolen goods might be less clear in regards to an evidence search but I'm going to assume Chloe probably didn't bother to hide the stolen goods and with a previous report of the stolen items would have fallen under plain view doctrine.

Mildred won't learn a thing until she herself is fined or spends some time in jail. That is the only way to stop her. Unless she is the one inconvenienced she will simply continue. Do they have lawsuits for harassment in England? It sounds to like this qualifies, especially if more than one neighbor files.
Mildred story- Since they are obviously not punishing anyone for false reports, why is mildrid not getting a weekly annonomus report against her and a weekly inspection? 🤔
As yo the first story the first time the nut tresspassed op should file s complaint and have the nut forced to put the yard back to what it was. If the nut continues sign multiple complaints sue for damages and harassment snd the cost of a fence as well ss getting s restraining order. When the workers came on ops property op should hsve said leave now or the police will be called. Code enforcement should still do an inspection. As to the nut that cant mind het buisness at some time the council should be able to ignore her false reports and the neighbors should start going after her thru the legal system. What Bob did was perfect.

I am confused! Your ‘yard’ was not “ up to code” ?? In the UK our gardens, front and back, are ours and we do what we want with the space. We don’t annoy neighbours by having very untidy gardens …we all to try to keep them neat and tidy …and clutter free if there are no children in residence.
